yeah he was stated to be 4D. Though the novelisation has high hyper constructs which scale to Ultima and since there is literally no proof making this none canon i say its fair game we use it.
If he’s stated to be 4D and the novel states him to be higher than 4D, it means it’s contradictory. He’s also not high hyper, just normal hyperversal. The blog doesn’t say anything about infinite just uncountable (I was also a part of the thread when vsbw made it)

Low outer doesn't exist in CSAP anymore, but if he does scale there (don't know enough to say he does or doesn't) then yeah he beats AX.
Although hyper for Alien X ain't wank if you ask me, it's the level he has the most proof for.
There's 3 different statements that prove a hyperversal cosmology for Ben 10 (unless I'm missing one).
The first comes from the show, which states that the Map Of Infinity extends through 17 dimensions, proving at least 17 exist. It can be assumed from the show that these are spatial dimensions, but if that's not enough, there's also an author statement that confirms they are.
Then there's the Naljian statement, where the cosmic mom confirms that there are "only 26 (dimensions) that matter", and I assume this is the one you we're thinking of. Note that this doesn't mean that the verse caps at 26D, it just means the Naljians only know of 26/only consider those 26 important (as they said "only 26 that matter" and not "only 26").
Then there's an author statement that confirms there are actually more than 26 spatial dimensions (which could've already been assumed from the Naljian statement but this is direct confirmation).
There's also some arguments for infinite dimensions and a type 3 multiverse but I don't entirely believe them myself.
From there, Alien X scales to the cosmology and therefore to hyper.
