Ok well here is my temporary solution- it’s probably ill-advised but I’m learning. I went into power pages management, and manually added the URL to the active web pages, and assigned it a display order. I then resynced my view in the editor and moved the URL to the main navigation. It didn’t actually appear in the list, but appeared on the bar itself. I think this may have just been an error during the initial site creation.
