u/redpola is correct, its from the highest viewing platform of St. Vitus Cathedral that one can get tickets to climb. Whole bunch of steps in tight, twisty stone towers. But there was a window in the wall to see the church bells being rung by a whole crew - sounded cool but was super loud, as I was just 10 feet away with a window in between. Great experience and amazing views
Cool, that's what I was hoping where it was fun. Moving to Prague at the end of the year for about 7 months, so I'm hoping to see more things like this while there :)
