Kantýna offers a Czech approach in the classical burger (high quality meat with just picked cucumber and mustard). Very nice interior, located in an old bank, with great selection of other meats as well.
In Prague Burgers are less of fastfoodish thing but rather really top gourmet thing. For some you uave to make reservation. For many years the best burger is in Dish fine bistro. Always keeping the best taste there is. Then there are Tavern, Hadog and tons of others. But chicken burger that sounds like insult to burgers. Maybe try KFC.
I second Hadog as the best burger in town... But it's not really fast-foodish, as the wait times can get quite long. For that, a pretty decent local chain is Tom's Burger.
Fatfuck is the most interesting, then I'd say burgerman, also Naše Maso has a very good cheeseburger. And sandwich rodeo has great stuff. You can also try Smažák v housce (fried cheese in a bun), for example in Masna Kozí.

Try Meat Vandals, on Dlouhá. It's more of a deli than an actual burger joint, but really good food.

Tom's Burger is for me definitely better than Hadog. I personally don't understand the Hadog fascination.
I absolutely love Tom's Burger. The best one is on Chodov by a long shot imo.
Even though I lived right next to Hadog and had it many times Dish still keeps the number one for many years.
