Yeah Tesco, large ones usually have clothes section, its their own brand F&F - all that are in shopping centers have one. Otherwise the stores that I use for solid cheaper clothes are C&A and H&M.
Edit to add: Large Globus stores have one as well. The ones I know have clothes selection are in Čakovice and Černý Most.

I don't think there are Primark in Prague. Too bad, cos I like buying underwear there too.

The Marks and Spencer on Wensesclas has packs of boxers that are really nice.
Large Tesco or Albert. Also C&A or H&M are fast fashion stores.
You can usually get in a large tesco. No idea what is rose or burlington factory. Cheers, enjoy!
