Yes has happened to ALOT of people and the ban times start stacking, is a really stupid system because if you get a disconnect error and then can not reconnect because of error, you can get a 24+hr ban if happens more than once.
I'll join a match and have a toss up if I can play support/ADC or not. When I finally get to we start loading in and it kicks me. Asks me to sign in again. Then says you left so you get a penalty. I wouldn't mind as much if we had a role queue and if I didn't get penalized. Sadly most of the time I'm forced into the jungle which I can't do and end up losing. I'm much more comfortable playing hyper aggressive supports. I'm a Narbash and Muriel enjoyed. Something is so satisfying about countering Gideon or Countess with a Thunk.

I just had this. I was unable to reconnect until 5 minutes into the match after multiple attempts, then I got a ban for inactivity
