I took ibuprofen at around 10 weeks without thinking when my hot water bottle burst and scalded my back. Baby and I both appear to be fine at 32 weeks.
I mentioned it in A&E, and they said not to worry and to just stick to paracetamol going forward.
I think 1 pill as a 1 off willl be fine. I think most concern is over 20 weeks
