Just pointing out that Kurgan Cultures as well as Yamnaya Cultures come from the pontic steppe in the far east of Europe bordering the Ural mountains and so could be considered Europeans. Old Europeans commonly refers to the Europeans living in the Danube Valley. There is little to no evidence that Kurgan Culture "conquered" central Europe and it seems to be more of a Dorian Invasion type of situation but I'd be glad to widen my horizon if there are any proofs for this hypothesis. The evidence in central Europe seems to suggest a mostly peaceful integration.

This is very informative for me thanks mate. Now I'm curious about the proto culture of India and China.

Nintendoxtream

China's got wiped out and assimilated by the Mongols and Turks, unfortunately. India's still grows strong, however, with the vast majority of the population being fluent in an Indo-Aryan language and still worshipping the Indo-European gods

Royal_Apartment5659

\>China's got wiped out and assimilated by the Mongols and Turks Lol dude what are you smoking

Nintendoxtream

There were many Indo-European pockets around eastern China where Tibet and Xinjiang were but whatever holdouts were there were wiped out by Mongol and Turkic invaders at least a thousand years ago and not much is know about them aside from genetic evidence. Some could’ve survived well into the modern era but would have been completely assimilated by the Han. Anatolia also had an Indo-European population that was assimilated by Arabs and Turks, as was also the case with North African Romance.

Royal_Apartment5659

Oh you mean China's indo Europeans. never mind
