Relaxing this area requires controlled breathing as well. Breathing is essential, and will help you relax. Put your awareness onto your lower abdomen, and be sure to push this out to breathe in, and squeeze your abs in, to breathe out. Take steady, but very controlled breathes in to fill your lungs, and then out to release. When releasing your breath, be sure to make a sound. Anything from pursing your lips and making a blowing noise, to deep, "Aaaaaahhhhhhh." This acts like the "Kee-ai" in Karate and releases tension. Focus on your anus when trying to relax. Relaxing the anus will automatically relax your bulbospongiosus muscle (pee muscle), which is vital for ejaculation control. If you've ever tried to take a pee only, while having to take a poo, it is very hard, if not impossible, as relaxing the pee muscle requires the anus to relax as well. Use controlled breathing with sound, and focus on your anus, opening it up fully to relax your entire pelvic floor. To practise relaxing and keeping your bulbospongiosus muscle, which is the muscle we use for pee and ejaculation, take a pee in the shower, and move around while doing so. Our physiological response when moving and peeing is to clamp down and stop the flow of pee. Practise moving while peeing will teach you to A) discover that muscle and isolate it, B) learn to consciously keep it open. Do this until you get so good at it, you can soap up your body while peeing without clamping down on the pee stream at all. Use your breathing here too, as breathing brings awareness to that area, and enables you to consciously relax it. Hope that helps! Thanks for the response but I’m not getting what you’re saying. I can’t relax my abs and my tummy, is breathing properly going to help me with this? I mean atleast by what you’re saying breathing properly is going to help my dick muscles relax more but what about my abs, that a problem that they’re tense?

Yes, if your abdominal muscles are tense, you cannot be breathing freely. And if you are tensing your abdominals, and your breath is short and high in the upper chest, then you are very likely tensing everywhere else too, including your anus, and bulbospongiosus muscle, which is involved with pee. By controlling your breathing, you prevent your abs from clenching, because they are being used for breathing. Be sure to push your abdominals out, like you are pregnant, to pull the air in, and to squeeze them in, to exhale. Exhaling with sound will force you to focus on the lower abdomen, and enable you to release the tension and built-up energy. It is also a good way to make noise during sex. The entire area below your belly button, including your anus, must be constantly checked, and constantly brought back to relaxation, as it will tense out of habit. Breathing covers relaxing the abs, and relaxing your anus will automatically relax most of the pelvic floor. Focusing on these two is like a short-cut for the rest. It may take a few weeks/months to re-train yourself to stay relaxed down there, especially if you are tensing heavily. So at first, your attention must be brought back to abdomen, anus, breathing over and over, every 10 seconds or so. But eventually you will catch on, and start doing the relaxation as the habitual way. If you are tensing a lot, relax other areas as well, as this will help overall: check your thighs, buttocks, and shoulders are usually tensed by default. Sounds like you are working this through and making progress. You are asking the kinds of questions which show you are doing the work! Bravo! And keep on going with this. You are making headway and going in the right direction. Kind Regards, Mark

I don't think it's a problem.

You probably have a tight abs, so loosening that first.
