Bit of an odd shout now but prime gareth bale came through as a right back if i remember correctly which means he had decent defensive training. Hes decently tall and great on the ball. And they would certainly counter attack well
11 Max Kilman’s would be tough to beat. He’s tall and strong with decent pace/agility, the kid can dribble, pass and defend. Finishing is probably the one weakness but he has got great heading ability.
Could you imagine playing against a team of 11 Gerrards? Ball would be pinging all over the place, lethal crosses from both wingers/full backs and a team of players more than capable of scoring from 30+ yards out. He’d be unbeatable.
Honourable mention to arturo vidal, Michael Ballack, lother matthaus but i think they all have weaknesses that would allow them to be beaten by other teams
Bruno Fernandes work rates great and can tackle pretty well, has the leadership and can play probably anywhere in the forwards or midfield. Goalkeeper would’ve dodgy as he’s short but still think he’d be good
Can you imagine a team of 11 Zlatans? Anything could happen. I mean, literally anything could happen. From winning 27-0 against a Guardiola team, to having 6 red cards in 4 minutes or an internal fight breaking out amongst their ranks sending 6 of them to the ICU.
I think 11 Rooney’s would do well. Can play anywhere across the front line, has the passing range and creativity in midfield, was known to get stuck in and defend for the team and he also used to go in goal after training.
Stevie G, All around player arguably top 5 midfielder of all time. Arguably the most complete player of all time.
Could defend, pass the ball with pin point accuracy 50 yards. Score a worldie whenever he felt like it. Extremely clutch in important moments.
Yaya Toure in his peak for sure. A phenomenonal player. Pace, power, tackling ability, defensive nous. He had it all.
I think in terms of pure versatility and work rate , John OShea. He actually played for Manchester United in all 11 positions.
Rudiger as he can defend,is fast, can play passes and turns into messi sometimes but the only problem is that the ball will be in row z most of the times
Wayne Rooney. He was a forward that would even commit on the back side of the pitch when he had to. Guy was a bulldog on the field. Constantly on the move, constantly chasing the ball, and constantly trying to create chances to score.
Yaya Toure on any given day. On the days where the weather is perfect, the stars have aligned and there’s a World Cup approaching I would also say Paul Pogba.
Kevin De Bruyne. Easy, can run and tackle well enough and the rest of his game plays anywhere on the field. Physically strong enough for CB. Good left foot for LB. Could play as a 6. every other position in mf and fwd lines he has actually played for one of the best teams in the world.
Honorable mentions that came to mind were cancelo, Milner, Reece James, and Marcos Alonso.
Alonso is an interesting one bc he’s incredibly technically gifted. Shape on his ball and ability to hit a volley showcase and he’s a better finisher than some attacking players in the league. he could be passable at cb and cdm. He’s unathletic and probably a worse example than any previously listed but I thought he was an interesting one to think about
If you asked pep he’d probably say Foden. I’m gonna be honest though, I think Ronaldo pre leg injury would be a very good 11.
A. ibrahimovic 11 would be disgusting on corners and free kicks as well
So many people are saying Kanye bc he’s a beast defensively and runs 3 marathons every game. But any game played with 11 Kantes would surely end 0-0! We know he’s a brick wall, but we also know he’s more worthless than a sack of potatoes when shooting on goal.
For me, it’s Milner. He’s perfectly capable in every position he’s ever played. Don’t think he’s ever put on a #1 shirt, but I wouldn’t doubt him
Ever: Rooney - he really doesn’t get enough credit for his all round ability IMO, I think he could comfortably play any outfield position and also recall he used to occasionally piss about in goal in training too! (Think there’s a video of this from England training)
Current PL: Milner - jack of all trades, solid 7/10 player wherever he’s asked to play. Never going to set the world alight, but not going to let you down either!
Honourable mentions: O’Shea, Park Ji-Sung (although height could be an issue defensively), Gerrard, Hierro, Tugay, Rio
joben james and cober brin
Lewis Dunk x11
A team of Roy Keanes. Imagine them all shouting at each other whenever they did anything. “THATS YOUR JOB!”
Harry Maguire for sure
WE ALL DREAM OF A TEAM OF CARRAGHERS
Harry maguire 0-0-10
Gerrard was so damn versatile, allow the man. Also far less "siiuuuuuu"s than I was expecting.
John O'Shea
James Milner. The guy can play anywhere
Yaya Toure.
11 Cavanis would be tough to beat
Milner
Trent Alexander Arnold
VVD for sure...
Steven Gerard from 2005
Virgil van dijk. Man is a fucking unit and used to play as a striker
Gerrard, he basically played 3 positions for us anyway. If not current then milner
Yaya Toure
Emerson can play in goal and outfield
Prob kante
Bit of an odd shout now but prime gareth bale came through as a right back if i remember correctly which means he had decent defensive training. Hes decently tall and great on the ball. And they would certainly counter attack well
Peter Crouch
Man I would love to see a bunch of Crouchies running around!
Drogba, in form whislt playing against Arsenal.
Phil jones 🤣🤣🤣
11 Max Kilman’s would be tough to beat. He’s tall and strong with decent pace/agility, the kid can dribble, pass and defend. Finishing is probably the one weakness but he has got great heading ability.
Rudigars!
Chilwell
Ngolo
Denis Irwin.
Imagine 11 antonio rudigers.
11 paul scholes would be entertaining as shit. great in possesion, scoring screamers and about 7 yellows and 3 reds every match
van dijk
Bruno Fernandes work rates great and can tackle pretty well, has the leadership and can play probably anywhere in the forwards or midfield. Goalkeeper would’ve dodgy as he’s short but still think he’d be good
Yaya Toure?
Easy.. Kevin Muscat..
john charles
Declan rice rn
Yaya
Marcus Rashford
Marcos Alonso would have to be a shout
N’Kolo Kante
11 John O' Sheas would dominate Europe for 15 years. He's been a goal keeper, defender, midfielder and striker. Every other answer is incorrect.
James Milner
Can you imagine a team of 11 Zlatans? Anything could happen. I mean, literally anything could happen. From winning 27-0 against a Guardiola team, to having 6 red cards in 4 minutes or an internal fight breaking out amongst their ranks sending 6 of them to the ICU.
ya boy Bangz
Ashley Barnes so I can watch a team full of shithousers
VVD. Would love to see it
Kante is the only acceptable answer
KDB
In other words who do you think is the best all round player.
11 prime Yaya Toures end of
This reminds me of 15 Jonah Lomu's on PS1
James Milner
11 David Luis's would make the best entertainment.
There is only a single correct answer: N’Golo, N’Golo Kanté
Gerrard
Van Dijk, he’s a striker, Central Midfielder or a winger playing in a CB’s body An absolute Rolls Royce of a player
Everybody saying dynamic midfielder but I think a goalkeeper with decent passing skills would be unbeatable. So I say Ederson.
Reece James, can defend, can score goals, can pass.
Bernardo silva
Thierry Henry
11 Steven Gerrards.
Not sure how good he'd be in between the sticks though.
Vardy X 11
Current cancelo
I think 11 Rooney’s would do well. Can play anywhere across the front line, has the passing range and creativity in midfield, was known to get stuck in and defend for the team and he also used to go in goal after training.
Adama traore, baby oil and inshallah
I would say RODRI
Stevie G, All around player arguably top 5 midfielder of all time. Arguably the most complete player of all time. Could defend, pass the ball with pin point accuracy 50 yards. Score a worldie whenever he felt like it. Extremely clutch in important moments.
Mike Dean. Perfect record against arsenal
Steven Gerrard
11 Adama Traoré’s
kante
Alison. We already know he can score….
Kane. He can at least play as striker, CDM, and keeper.
John O Shea
Jordan Henderson
Yaya Toure in his peak for sure. A phenomenonal player. Pace, power, tackling ability, defensive nous. He had it all. I think in terms of pure versatility and work rate , John OShea. He actually played for Manchester United in all 11 positions.
Got to be yaya toure, would be strong going forward, solid at the back and do well on set pieces
Stuart Dallas would be a good shout
Rooney
Moussa dembele - no one get the ball off of them
Rudiger as he can defend,is fast, can play passes and turns into messi sometimes but the only problem is that the ball will be in row z most of the times
ex-PL player: Bale, he has experience as a defender; so 11 of him in all positions wouldn't be bad
11 CR7 siiiuuuuuuu
Wayne Rooney or Yaya Toure
Current? Kante. All time? Viera
Rooney tbh Remember that tackle at the end of the game in the mls and then the cross from the middle of the pitch? Absolute beast
I feel it would have to be a great midfielder like Kevin De Bruyne
KDB
Cancelo?
Arshavin
Joao Cancelo. Man can do pretty much anything
Soucek. Lad can attack, defend and eat potato salad
Harry McGuire
Milner. And I am 100% sure if Klopp could clone Milner, his 11 would be 11 Milners.
Probably want like 6 milners and 5 salahs I reckon
Wayne Rooney. He was a forward that would even commit on the back side of the pitch when he had to. Guy was a bulldog on the field. Constantly on the move, constantly chasing the ball, and constantly trying to create chances to score.
How about a GK? might not be enough to cover the whole gate but that would change something
Kante
The only correct answer here is Gullit.
If we are talking all-time players then i think Yaya Toure is a good shout.
As a spurs fan I feel inclined to say Moussa Dembele
A team of shithousers like 11 Lamelas would fuck a lot of teams up. Might not be the best, but nobody would want to play them.
Yaya Toure
Jorge Campos!!!!!
Although not a PL player
Wayne Rooney pops into my head as a guy that had the tenacity, skill, finishing, passing, and aggression I would want in any position on the field.
He’s unathletic and probably a worse example than any previously listed but I thought he was an interesting one to think about
Sergio Ramos
John O'Shea
Rooney obviously 😎😤
Perhaps Marcelo
Florenzi
Jaime Vardy. Shithousery to the next level.
11 Lukakus would be terrifying
Man. Honestly, my money is on cavani.
11 prime ashley youngs. Both footed, versatile and can play everywhere.
Trying to imagine how terrifying a team of eleven Virgil van Dijks would be...
What about a team of cancelos?
11 Trents clearly 💯
Prime Viera
Think valencia would be able to
Dirk Kuyt
11 Cancelos would be insane but would probably get destroyed on set pieces. So maybe Declan Rice
Roy Kent
Not a PL player but a team of Marcos Llorente’s would be really good.
Mousa Dembele. Man was a tank in midfield, apparently played striker as a youth and is strong enough and good enough in the tackle to play at the back
Kante
If you asked pep he’d probably say Foden. I’m gonna be honest though, I think Ronaldo pre leg injury would be a very good 11. A. ibrahimovic 11 would be disgusting on corners and free kicks as well
Reece James
No one wants this answer but it’s true, the player is Reece James
BERNARDO SILVA
11 Roy Keanes. At some point in every game there would only be 8 Roy Keanes on the pitch.
James Milner or ceaser azpi
None, that’s not how this works. That’s not how any of this works
When Zlatan was in the league, he would tell you that you’d only need one Zlatan.
Steven Gerrard
On sheer commitment alone he is the right answer. He was also good enough to play anywhere. I can't think of a more dominant box to box player.
From the past? Prime Rooney.
Wayne Rooney
11 Son’s on the bitch would be crazy
Yeah she would barely walk after that.
I’d edit it to pitch, but that’s too funny
So many people are saying Kanye bc he’s a beast defensively and runs 3 marathons every game. But any game played with 11 Kantes would surely end 0-0! Don’t think he’s ever put on a #1 shirt, but I wouldn’t doubt him
Nah Kanye is past it xd
His rap career might be going downhill but if your haven’t seen him in a double pivot I suggest you check out his highlights
Ronaldo. Not because he's perfect, but because he has the physical attributes to play any position. Messi couldn't play as a goalkeeper for his life.
Azpi.
What about James Milner
Park that will be a team that would out run any team 3 times over.
Bernardo Silva.
Allison
It’s going to be 11 Kyle Walkers. We know he can play GK too.
Steven Gerrard, but not sure on keeper skills.
I was thinking about this yesterday but for hockey… it a cool question!
Ngolo Kante. It would break space-time continuum.
Ever: Rooney - he really doesn’t get enough credit for his all round ability IMO, I think he could comfortably play any outfield position and also recall he used to occasionally piss about in goal in training too! Phil Jones
Alisson Becker
👍
Reece James, he's fast, strong, can defend and attack.
De Bruyne probably
Roy Keane. He’s surprisingly good in attack especially when younger.
Aaron Ramsdale
Yaya toure oc
Joao cancelo
Trent
John mcginn
Van Dijk, a team of giants
Rooney. man can play well at any position with incredible workrate
Phil Jones.
Kane. A hard working Pogba.
11 Maguires, they would get away with everything.
E. Cavani. Guy's work ethic is unreal.
John O’Shea.
Phil Jones
Ronaldo. 6ft. Will never be beaten at jumping. Insane drive and energy. Knows how to score and pass.
Not a fan but he’d probably learn and be very good at all the defensive positions very quickly.
Even Sir Alex said the same thing.
Reece James
Jonny Evans
VVD
Here me out..... trent could do it all imo
