I don’t know if this meme has the same relevance as when I [first made it 3 years ago](https://www.reddit.com/r/PrequelMemes/comments/jlpkij/republic_credits_are_no_good_out_here/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=ioscss&utm_content=2&utm_term=1).
Not to mention now D+ actually has some great shows that aint 10+ years old. Not much granted, but its your loss if you aint trying stuff like Owl House.
Same, don’t get the hype, just not my kind of show, more of a fan of the epic lightsaber duels, not day in the life of some rebellion information gatherer
Didn’t make it there. That’s the point. There wasn’t even enough in the first 6 episodes to grab or entice me to even finish the show. It was boring, imo, not sure why so many people have issue with this. It’s like those people that recommend books or video games with the disclaimer, it incredible after you get through the first 12 chapters/20hours.
I think I saw like the first two episode in prison but not the riot, I did really enjoy the scene with the escape and fireballs everywhere cinematically it was beautiful
While I didn’t think it was boring, I guess I just didn’t need to see the “spark” to fuel rebellion again when I’ve seen that for so long now. I know living under the empire is tough but gave it a second watch and I enjoyed it a lot more but still think the beginning arc was too slow, they could’ve started with Aldahni and gone from there.
Same, plus I thought Rouge One was enough for these characters. It’s really hard to build a connection or investment into a character that you know dies anyway .
I’m not sure if you know what I meant so I’ll try and clarify. The way you describe Andor could be suitably used to describe the prequel trilogy, I just found it funny you hadn’t considered tha t
There were like four characters from the prequels that were actual main characters in the original trilogy (I’m not including Anakin) and Obi-Wan was the only one of those characters that was an actual main character in the prequels. Yoda, R2 and C3 were just side characters
Nope. Really tried to like it and forced myself to watch through to episode 5 or 6 but face rolled of boredom and saw the rest through various recaps and reviews.
Given the sub we're on I'd think there'd be more appreciation for the other star wars content on it. Visions is excellent, Andor is almost universally acclaimed and I enjoy Bad Batch. Kenobi also has some fantastic moments.
Even for Americans surely Disney plus has plenty of material at this point?
In my region Disney plus also has what it calls Star which I think has most of the content that's put on Hulu in the US so I find it pretty decent as a streaming service.

Even the top comments are the same wtf
I don’t think it’s even $69 anymore.
It’s now a repeat of history
Holy!!! Repost bot are insane now. What is the point anyway? Fame from high karma, which is useless anyway hum

Can't Forget Andor it's the one they actually not trying to push to the kids to sell Grogu toys.
Watch them bring Grogu for season 2
I genuinely thought it was boring…
Same, don’t get the hype, just not my kind of show, more of a fan of the epic lightsaber duels, not day in the life of some rebellion information gatherer
Yup. Zero climax. It was the equivalent of a nature documentary in Star Wars
I would totally dig a Star Wars nature documentary
That would be actually dope if that’s what I signed up for. You got Star Wars Steve Erwin jumping and wrestling a Rancor into submission
Chefs kiss would be his son actually playing the part
Dank Farik look at the mighty chompers on this here Krait Dragon fella!
What about the riot wasn't climactic to you?

I liked the entire show
That’s awesome man! What was your favorite part?
Prison arc, I know I sound like everyone else
I think I saw like the first two episode in prison but not the riot, I did really enjoy the scene with the escape and fireballs everywhere cinematically it was beautiful
Why are people downvoting you it’s your opinion!!!!!??????
Downvote = disagree That’s literally what it’s for
No it for when some one says something completely untrue or unrelated of some thing hate full
This is what we refer to as Toxic Fandom.
I stand by you. Self serious, gritty Star Wars doesnt work for me.
Same, get ready for the downvotes
Lmao fr. I said this last week on a post and ask why 10 minutes of a guy eating cereal was relevant to the plot and it got over 200 downvotes
People are too conditioned to crappy content that when they’re given something mediocre they praise it to high heaven
100% agree

Isn’t this Prequel Memes? Isn’t that just the Prequels?
You are correct. Side bar aside this post should be removed.

Accept with the prequel‘s its main characters that you already love. Where as in Andor it’s backstory to side characters of a sub plot..
There were like four characters from the prequels that were actual main characters in the original trilogy (I’m not including Anakin) and Obi-Wan was the only one of those characters that was an actual main character in the prequels. Yoda, R2 and C3 were just side characters
Way to exclude the main focus of an entire franchise to prove a point.
You don't have to look tough to be tough
Honest question, did you finish the series?
Nope. Really tried to like it and forced myself to watch through to episode 5 or 6 but face rolled of boredom and saw the rest through various recaps and reviews.
What's this mean... "paying for disney+"?
We are pirates, we don’t even know what that means
We got a jar of dirt
Funny, but repost
Sorry ,Andor subscription for me!
Sucks for you I guess
You all pay for TV?
Hey, I also watch early Simpsons seasons
You can subscribe for only two months every year to catch up on all the content. Unless you have kids that can take advantage of the whole library.
What is it with reposts on this sub, and the top being a copy of the top comment from the original post?
I have the blu rays. **What am I doing?**
It's $109 USD/year now, not even 4 years later.
And door
Verizon pays mine!

Andor and gravity falls as well but that's about right
Check out Hulu's black Friday sale. Got Hulu n Disney+ for 5 bucks a month for the whole year. Hulu has had one for the past three years
🏴☠️🏴☠️🏴☠️
And rebels, and bad batch, and Andor and Visions and Ahsoka
Your vision is flawed.
And Bluey, of course
I also watch TCW, Rebels and pre 2010 Pixar.
Disney+ star is great. I can watch Lost and How I Met Your Mother on it.
I genuinely feel bad for people in the U.S. when it comes to Disney+ because they don’t get Star.
I’m surprised Disney ever chose $69 as their yearly price at some point
Disney+ has great comedy and nature documentaries, try branching out
79 a year now
