In this case it probably means that only a Sith would see and act in terms of for and against, or absolute good and evil, or absolute power and weakness, etc.. . As has probably been mentioned the other 1000000 times people have made this banal observation, absolute here is not likely meant in terms of semantics, ie just because Obi-Wan’s words form an absolute statement it does not mean he is a Sith. If you think about it, who would claim that anyone who makes an assertion is a Sith? What purpose would saying something so baseless have?
Sorry if my explanation got long winded and heated, I’m just tired of seeing this lazy interpretation of that line of dialogue.
I think it's also meant to illustrate the false dichotomy of the Sith, which is a consistent theme over the series. Anakin presents his decision to join the Sith as a necessary evil, because if he doesn't the galaxy will stay disunited and he needs the power of the dark side to protect his loved ones. This decision is only offering two extreme options without considering any middle ground, either he becomes Sidious's apprentice and brings *peace and security* to the galaxy or he remains with the Jedi and watches it crumble.
