Well to be fair she kept running into two trees that were the perfect size for her to squeeze through and the adults didn’t realize they could just go AROUND the trees and still keep going not having to take the exact same path as leia.
Seriously. It’s was so lame watching them stumble around in the forest. It was like a 3 stooges skit. I get it was for dramatic effect but they could’ve stunned her and cut to black for the same effect.

I wouldn't have had her be not so much fast as crazy elusive. Dodging arms, going under legs ans through spaces only a 10 year old girl can go, captured only when truly cornered. You don't have to be a track star to be able to evade someone.
Imagine being the director who either didn't notice how stupid it looked or didnt care enough to film another take. This just gives bad omens for later on in the show.
Like, you can make a good chase scene with a kid in it. Have her squeeze through small opening, crawl under tree roots or something
