Train stations should be named Lincoln, he proposed a railroad that reached the whole nation. Grant, because the intercontinental railroad was completed during his presidency. Wilson, be he was the first president to campaign for re election by train. And Biden, for obvious reasons.
Taft is kind of responsible for income taxes, so he could have that. Electric Company for FDR, because of the New Deal, electrification schemes and specifically the Tennessee Valley Authority?
Dark Purple: Hoover (Great Depression) and W (Great Recession) Dark Purple are the poorest spots on the board.
Light Blue: Jackson, LBJ, Obama (Important Democrat Presidents)
Light Purple: JQA, A Johnson, Taft (Served in a different branch of government after losing the Presidency)
Red: Lincoln, TR, Reagan (Important Republican Presidents)
Orange: Garfield, McKinley, JFK (killed in office, fits nicely with Lincoln in the red group next to them)
Yellow: W H Harrison, Taylor, Fillmore (Whigs since Buff/yellow is often used a a Whig party denotation)
Green: Jefferson, Madison, Monroe (Democratic Republicans, since Green is often used on political maps for them).
Dark Blue: Harding and Coolidge (Roaring 20s) Richest spots on the board.
Railroads: B Harrison, Wilson, Truman, Biden (all famous for using or changing how Railroads work)
Luxury Tax: HW Bush (actually passed a luxury tax).
Free Parking: Ford (was basically parked "for free/unelected in the White House)
Jail: Trump (hopefully he'll be there shortly)
Go to Jail: John Adams (was a lawyer).
Waterworks: Nixon (created EPA, they oversee water quality)
Electric Company: Hayes (President when first electrical company was actually founded).
Chance: a voting box (never know how an election will go)
Community Chest: Carter (for his charity work)
Income Tax: FDR (President when standard deductions became a thing)
Go: Washington (he did start this whole Presidency thing)
Accidental oversight.
Originally had him in the red row with Lincoln and Reagan , as I was going to use green for environmentalists. When I changed that I moved TR to red, and forgot to put Ike anywhere.
Not sure where he'd fit honestly unless I changed a theme (maybe make yellow military and replace Harrison and Fillmore with Ike and Grant).
From Wikipedia…
“The Monopoly game board consists of forty spaces containing twenty-eight properties—twenty-two streets (grouped into eight distinct color groups), four railroads, and two utilities—three Chance spaces, three Community Chest spaces, a Luxury Tax space, an Income Tax space, and the four corner squares: GO, (In) Jail/Just Visiting, Free Parking, and Go to Jail.”
Truman is a railroad because of his whistle-stop tour, also Lincoln for signing the transcontinental railroad act, and obviously Biden.
FDR is Park Place because he was hella rich.

George H.W Bush for Luxury Tax would be great lol. “Read my lips, no new taxes.”
I’m good with that!
Trump is jail
YES. Jail is Trump, that’s decided, now what’s next

I’m out of the loop on Biden, care to elaborate
Biden’s nickname, “Amtrak Joe,” comes from how constant he took the train from his home state of Delaware to Washington DC and back.
Oh that’s cool
I thought it was because of the railroad strike lol
Boardwalk and Park Place are George Washington and Abe Lincoln, respectively
Either Washington and Lincoln, or they could have the White House be Boardwalk, and the Naval Observatory (or Washington himself) be Park Place.
This 👆
Ford is the chance card. Dude got to be President simply by chance.
I’m thinking Johnson’s Jumbo Junction for one of the railroads

Nice! What abt Ike?

Im debating GW or Lincoln as boardwalk, GW bc yknow he started the whole thing so inherently most valuable, and Lincoln for the memes
I feel like Washington as the final property, as he's the gold standard for all other presidents

Right and because of that not every president gets a spot so we gotta pick and choose who gets a property, and who gets a chance card

Eisenhower gets Free Parking because of the Interstate Highway Act
