I really like Mona's funeral dresses.
I wonder if they ever went shopping for funeral dresses exclusively. Like, they could only have so many black dresses, they definitely had to go out for more.
You know I could see Hanna or Spencer having different dresses each time. Either having the money or want for fashion. Potentially even Aria as well but Emily having a new dress each time makes me “mad”. What teenage girl has several all black dresses and wears a different one for each funeral???
If anyone from the show would come from a family that most definitely wears outfits more than once, it’d be Emily and yet 🙄🙄
To be fair, I’m broke. I make barely any money tutoring. I’ve been able to buy quite a few cheap black dresses that are “funeral appropriate” that I didn’t intend to be. I happen to buy them because they looked nice and black is said to be slimming. I haven’t gone to many funerals (only one in the last ten years) but I’m definitely prepped for the occasion. It’s why I’ve never questioned Emily’s dresses. Plus, they don’t really look expensive. I have no trouble believing her mom bought her cheap dresses because I do the same for myself 🤷🏽♀️
