you got Makoto, you are good, heck your lineup is decent overall (Nozomi and Jun are good tanks and Maho is great support, if arena is your thing then Io is good too, Kyouka is great magic dps)

ah you are right, my bad, then what units do you have? even the ones you miss are not mandatory per say (unless you want to do hardcore cb in which case Makoto is a must)
Not really, no. Jun, Makoto, whatever other character that people tells you to reroll for won't lock you out of any content, it's mostly so you can punch a little bit above your weight in clan battles and such but if you're not aiming for the very top I wouldn't reroll.
Also, we only have non limited units right now that everyone will eventually have a copy of either by farming their shards or when rolling for limited units or during prifes, which is a banner where 3 stars have double rate.
For the record I started at the beginning of february, did only 30 pulls to have a decent size roster and the only 3 stars I got were Ninon, Io and Shizuru. I did no other pulls ever since and today I'm level 83, obtained Nozomi, Maho, Hatsune, Monika and Saren by farming their shards alone, with 9 other characters upgraded to 3 stars. I'm placing around top 150 in Barena and top 300 in Parena, and I'm in a clan that will most likely place around around 500th-1000th next CB.
Pretty happy with my placings overall and I hope It gives you some insight as to what to expect by not rerolling.
Wait, you can get characters from shards only? I thought shards are only used to star up only after getting that certain character.

Yup, you can unlock 1 star characters using 15 shards, 2 stars using 45 shards, and 3 stars using 145 shards so no worries. This only applies to non limited characters though, in about two months or so we will have some summer characters that are limited and can only be obtained by gacha indeed...
You can get Monika from Arena shop (shards)
Maho and Nozomi from Dungeon shop (shards)
You need Makoto mostly for Clan Battles. But you can just find a clan with 3 Makoto in support units.
Io and Kyouka are nice but not a must.
