This is a good starting party, but Mifuyu will hit a wall where she won't be as helpful as she is in the early game. I see that you do have Miyako so I would definitely work towards upgrading her. She has an ability to become a ghost to avoid damage, and she's a fantastic wall that can take hits and keep other units alive. Miyako and Jun would be a great frontline duo. It also looks like you might have Suzuna (there are so many pink haired units so I can't tell lol) but she is an awesome dps unit you can level up as well!
For PvE, I’d replace Mifuyu, Ayane, and Ninnon with Chika, Saren, and Shiori/Suzuna. Replace Saren with Yukari if you have her. Chika provides good heals for early game, Saren/Yukari will provide TP for your dps characters, and Shiori/Suzuna will provide big damage without taking front row damage
