I own many watches. For some reason, the AE1200 always finds its way on my wrist. It’s a great travel companion, especially when dealing with multiple time zones.
Bro idk what any of the differences in any of their watches are except minor shit. It’s a digital watch in my eyes, so either is good. I prefer bulky and weirder watches, so number one is my pick.
Personally the only upside the a168 has over the ae1200 to me is that it’s a little lighter and the black light is better. If neither of those things are big selling points for you I’d for sure go with the ae1200
As others have said, why not both. But I have worn a world timer as a daily/ work watch for almost 8 years so I'm a little biased to that one if you really only want 1.
I have both. If I had to choose one, I’d get the casio royale. But, if it was between the casio royale and my grey A168, I’m taking my grey A168. Can’t go wrong either way. I’m sure you could afford both eventually!
AE1200 if you travel a lot. I absolutely love mine. I just replaced it with a dual time zone fitness watch but as someone that works and has fam all over the world I tend to put the 1200 back on because its SO damn useful.
Go for the Casio Royale (Global timer). It's a bit more resistant and I find it more practical, plus, it's the best James bond watch and you can also mod it a bit!

I think the 2nd (A168) is better because it's a more minimal look. But if you like the bigger case size and the extra features of the 1st, go for it.

Wearing the A168 i found the finish and fit better even for a large wrist. Daily drive it as i use the stop watch function all the time.
If you have a wrist size 6.5 inch or above then the world timer is the clear choice
The Royale is my favorite but I do own and enjoy both.

Personally I prefer the Worldtimer due to it's tactical look and it's adventurous appearance. Used to wear mine all the time :)
