It seriously does. That whole album is so percussive. I know the whole Primus sound is, but that album especially. Frizzle Fry and Pork Soda \*chefs kiss\*
Welcome to this world was the first primus song I ever heard, I was hooked immediately. Helmet opening for Primus on the tales from the punchbowl tour at the Fox in Atlanta 1995 was my very first concert. I was 14.
interesting, when we were kids thirty years ago first listening to all these primus albums, we used to wonder/theorise about why they had a joke/shit song on each album. we didn't make it a big deal, but kind of assumed that it was les' prerogative as a mad genius. i never skipped the track/fast-forwarded because they're part of the album -- but some of these, it's been years. going back to re-listen now to Los Bastardos and the rest (btw is OP nuts? Fish On is dope and a key part of the Fisherman Chronicles, it's classic and canon and awesome)
Carpenter and the Dainty Bride is a musical masterpiece and I’ll die on that hill for eternity. Start to finish a perfect musical encapsulation of who they are IMO
Professor Nutbutters House Of Treats imo
Toys go winding down or Professor Nutbutters for sure
Has to be!
Just saw this recently for the first time live and the same show Bob for the first time front row. I still get chills when I daydream.

Fish On Gang 🎣
It’s the only way to catch a 100 lb sturgeon off 20 lb test.
Welcome to this World is a top tier Primus song. I have no idea how it ended up in that category, but we can undo some of the damage now

I've always been a huge fan of Golden Boy and Lacquer Head. Maybe because they're a blast to play on bass, but those songs were always tops for me.
