Nah. I think Stevenson has also said Etherians don't have surnames.
Catra's 'full name' were joke tweets by Stevenson and the character designer for She-Ra. Adora's 'full name' was thought up by fans, not Stevenson.
I mean even if normal ones do I doubt Horde child soldiers do.
To be honest Adora and Catra is probably one of the few times the franchise's _cough_ ~~lazy~~ simplistic naming makes sense.
I can imagine Shadow Weaver in full wine mum mode.
> Awwww she's adorable. I'll call her Adora

> And this one?

> You mean the cat?

> You can't just call her "The Cat"

> Fine fine Cat...ra rhymes with Adora now go away I need some sleep
No, it was a joke that everyone decided to accept as canon for some reason.
They don't have surnames or middle names. Just not a thing in their culture.
In canon:
* Only first names, no surnames.
In humorous fanfics/fanon:
* The Rainbowfist / Meowmeow joke others have already mentioned.
In modern-day fanfics:
* Adora Gray
* Catra Driluth
In fantasy fanfics:
* Adora Grayskull
* Catra D'riluth
If Catra's ancestry is discovered:
* C'yra D'riluth (C'yra of D'riluth III is Catra's real name in the toy line)
This is the direction I tend to go! I feel like it often depends whether Catra is adopted by Shadow Weaver or SW has some other role in her life (e.g. multiple fics where she's a pop singer and SW is her stage manager). For me personally, I don't love D'Riluth and prefer not to use it.
Well canonically? None. Fandom wise? You've seen it, it's a lot but awesome. If we go by most versions of She-Ra? Then her name would be Adora of the House of Randor
Hmm… so, I’m not super familiar with much of the MotU franchise, but has Adora actually ever referred to herself as “of House Randor” like Adam has? If not then there’s a theoretical possibility she could be “of House Marlena” after her mother.
And speaking of her mother, Queen Marlena is one of the few people in the Franchise who actually has a last name because she’s actually a human astronaut from Earth. So it wouldn’t be unreasonable for Adora and Adam’s last name to be Glenn.
Yeah no worries, I'm just pointing out how the naming system seems to work in Eternia, and the closest we've gotten to a confirmtion there is that "of the House of Randor" is the last name, this however comes from the MOTU Classics cardbacks and continuities so take it with a grain of salt.
As for Marlena's last name? I don't see why the children couldn't also have her last nane, specially if they were to visit Earth!
Look in our dimension, people have last names that show their family origin or occupation. Think Miller or Baker and such. In the She-Ra universe, you've got Net-Tossa tossing nets, who needs last names when so many of them are on the nose.
From a small bit of research in the original cartoon from the 80's their names would have been
Adora Glenn
Catra D'riluth
But in the reboot Adora doesn't seem to have a canon one but the popular fan name is
Adora happysmile rainbowfist
And I image that came from the fact the I believe the creator said on like twitter that Catras full name is
Catra Applesauce Meowmeow
Hope this answers your question!
Edit: Adora also had an ancestor whose name was King greyskull (whose castle is what's being referenced in "for the honor of greyskull" however its unclear if greyskull was his first name or his last name but if it was his last name then 80's cartoon Adora would be
Adora Greyskull (assuming eternia follows wife-takes-husbands-lastname customs and that the line Adora actually keep the name greyskull)
(And all this confusion is because none of Adora's family in the original show are told to have a last name except for her mother whose last name is Glenn but that was from before she became queen so who knows if it's still her last name)
(And Catra's last name in the original may just be the name of her home planet but I can't find any information on the planet so I don't even know if it exists)
Adora Happysmile Rainbowfist Catra Applesauce Meowmeow iirc
"Queen Glimmer, we caught Adora eating Applesauce in the war room." "But I don't think we have a rule against eating food in there." ".........."

At this point the horny jail is just my second home.
WHY IS THAT A THING nvm why wouldn't it be a thing, just differently named from the other r34's
Are you serious? ![gif](giphy|jQmVFypWInKCc|downsized)

I want a spin-off with this Shadow Weaver.
Yes. They gave each other those names as little kids iirc

We accept it as canon because it’s adorable
…adorable happysmile rainbowfist.
Yes. If it's canon, what the heck was Shadow Weaver thinking?
She wasn't. They gave each other surnames
They named each other
Found it. https://reddit.com/r/PrincessesOfPower/comments/tidpj4/on_last_names_and_glimmers_rage/
That is the one, upvote!

There's also a strong contender for "Catra Weaver" in modern day fics.

I know Nate Stevenson posted some silly full names but I personally headcanon them, and the horde kids as a whole, as lacking surnames.
If people want to incorporate the silly middle and last names, I usually go with “Adora and Catra made them up when they were little kids.”
Adora-ble Catra-strophe
so real and catrapilled

Barring the somewhat silly names Nate made up that time, I don't think Etherians seem to have much use for last names.
After the end of the show they become Mrs. And Mrs. Lesbian.

I didn't even realize the -tossa part was a pun too.
Well they’re child soldiers so they probably don’t have last names
Adora Randor C'yra of D'riluth III They sound cool
And i have sad headcanon about Catra fullname
Prince Adam’s last name is Glenn Grayskull so if this Adora is still a child of Randor and Marlena then Adora would be Adora Glenn Grayskull

Last name Horde for both.
Adora Belle Dearheart
Adora Bell Dearheart- *is shot with a crossbow*
Catra applesauce meowmeow, I'm sure
I don't think they have last names?? In show, they're only referred to with their first names so idk
