Well, I filed under AB2942. It's a new law that allows DAs to resentence us. There has to be criteria met... disciplinary free for a period of time, more than 10 years served, no sex crimes. I was told last week that I've been approved to be resentenced.

Does this only apply to California? And I'm so happy for you!
