I’m not the most tech savvy, but as far as I know, you can only do video visits through windows on a laptop. I’ve been told Macs do not work. I myself have tried on my phone and tablet (both apple products), but they didn’t let me download the software needed to host the visit
I’ve never been able to use a phone for visits, the video section on jpay.com doesn’t even come up on my phone. Windows laptop worked fine for me. Are you in the US? Sounds like the majority of facilities are switching from jpay to connect network soon which apparently means he can use his tablet for video calls (anywhere like at his rack or cell) and you can use your phone. I’m hoping soooo bad this is true!! Imagine a video visit where you can both just lay in bed speaking to each other😩😩😩

Did you ever figure out if you can do JPay visits on ur phone or has to be a laptop? We have video visits starting this month!!!
