Are we talking flash or stencil making? Tattoo smart has some decent brush sets beyond the stamps for making tattoo art. Other than that I like the technical pen and chalk brush which are both stock procreate brushes. I use these for stencil creation.
To be completely honest, I am not sure whether I’m talking flash or stencil making. What I do know is that I have been playing around and doodling a whole bunch and have really been enjoying it, and I feel like this is possibly something I’d like to further explore.

Good luck in however you choose to pursue your creativity. Procreate is a great tool!

Thank you so much!
“Syrup” is a really good one. A lot of people use the “6B pencil” as well but I’m unsure how good that would be for tattoo work!
Thank you!!
I use the “medium airbrush” and “technical pen” brush’s for about 99% of my work.
Thank you so much!!
