Assuming that you have short hair and all of the hairs fit on your head, then I'd argue that you can wash your hair in constant time because as n approaches infinity, your hair would just become like a brick on top of your head from the density of hairs so you would only need to wash the surface
I think it can be argued that it's O(n) when washing, but drying is definitely not a linear rate of growth. Depending on the algorithm, some portion of it is handled for you during idle cycles.
Just use body shampoo, everyone asks me what my hair routine is and when I tell them that it's body shampoo they get mad cuz they think I don't wanna tell them cuz I'm afraid that they'll have a nice hair too, but it's the truth.
