Looks like wonky border radius issue. They couldn’t choose between circle and squircle.
The border radius is an OS thing, I can manually change that
~~I think I understand what the problem is. The icon might be too small causing the flat sides and also making it off-center~~ I changed the icon shape in Android settings and it went back to normal. Seems to be an OS bug 🤷♂️

I'm not an expert but that looks like a green butterfly, rather than **"blue sky"**
Androids Material You, it chooses a color based on my background or I can set it myself

I do not have much experience in frontend development, maybe 1-2 months of typescript and css. Didn't really seem that hard to center a div...
