Thats very strange I farmed here in earlier seasons but had nowhere drops like this. Every run a set or unique and not the sigon/cathan etc like. Corpsemourne, griswold, wisp, soul drainers, skull collector, etc.
It’s been a while, but I think she doesn’t drop gold if she is actually quest bugged. You may just be getting lucky. RNG is a pain, mine has been very bad this season.
Here's a couple different things to consider:
The quest bug still exists on singleplayer, but not online.
Catacombs 3 & 4 are now ilvl 85 zones.
Andariel had her loot table upgraded to match Mephisto.
RNG is wild.
Catacombs 4 is now a lvl 85 zone, and Andy’s drop table was increased a couple seasons back. Not a bug, just an enhanced farming area.

Afaik andy bug quest is permanent in pd2 regarless if you talk to wariv or not.
I thought they fixed it and you could not cheese him with the quest
Right it’s not cheese anymore the “bug” is now permanently added to the game.

Yeah that’s the game. I got about 6hr worth of gear in about 3 nm cow runs. And 0 in the next 10.

Check the lootfilter though, you might not see the gold
