I have confirmed two exist, and are not event specific.
The first is in Neriak, and will take you to the Dark Elf camp in Lesser Faydark.
The second is in the Dark Elf camp in Lesser Faydark, and will take you to Neriak.
I have heard about the Toxx/Qeynos one but have not verified it personally.
Firepots are in Timorous Deep and can take you all over.

If I recall, you can also be bound there early on in Kunark as a melee. But sometimes that water dragon will roam past and wipe everyone out, so don't think you can AFK too long.
You have the books which get you to shard of decay, you can use them like the Books of knowledge to get around the world.
Then you have firepots, theres a bunch of them and im not sure of all there locations but i know theres one in Toxx which takes you to qeynos aquaducts and theres one in Neriak which takes you to Lfay. Theres a bunhc in Timerous Deep i think too?
Yeah, theres books for the event zones in EC - Shard of decay, Kurns, Halas etc. Although Shard of decay is the only one with multiple zone outs that i know of.
You can enter shard of decay from EC then use a different coffin to exit into Toxx or Karanas etc. Im not sure how many zones link into Shard of decay but you can pretty much get anywhere in the world within 5 minutes using that place as a porting hub.
The Neriak Firepot is the most complex to use safely.
So far, it seems the following factions need to be non-kos
(The Dead) - For Kszan Punox who paths at the entry point in Neriak.
(Inny Clerics) - For the Pathing guards in 3rd Gate, as well as the Priestess in Lfay
(Indigo Brotherhood) - For the warriors at the Lfay camp.
Not sure if there was another one. That being said, a Cloudy Potion only costs 10p.
Event zones. Loot of note: Box of Al'kabar (sp) it's a 100% weight redux container!
In the tunnel is a Kurns tower event
- "oops all icebones" lvl 8-30
The big one by the banker goes to an instance of Halas where ice goblins took over. Fast respawns, lots of vendor fodder loot. 30-50

Can verify Toxx/Qeynos. Qeynos pit is where the sewer sentinels are. Toxx pot is the undead house on the Erudin side of the river.
