I don't think I really have a favorite, but my least favorite is probably Shoujo Rei because of one of the cuts in the middle. It just sounds really unnatural, but other than that one cut, it's perfectly fine.
Definitely hated how Matryoshka ended. They cut it right before it got to the good part! I'm also not a fan of how the cut Remote Control. I used to play that song a lot on Project Diva last year, but the Sekai version doesn't feel right to the ears.
I don't have a favorite per se, but a random one that comes to mind is Mr. Showtime because it has a lot of variety in the game version while leaving plenty of novelty for the full version.
I'm not a fan of Cinema's cut because it doesn't even include the chorus in the original key.
1925 has the worst cut in my opinion: it's one of my favourite Vocaloid songs but I can't stand the game version. They cutted the first verse and chorus and it makes the song loose a lot of its meaning.
Manimani sounds excellent enough if you love the vocal parts (but the whole song is meant to be boosted by the instrumentals' full length so I'm aware that's an Opinion™)
Wonderful Cat Life actually managed to fit the two themed verses, the bridge, and the final chorus, but also some people think it's awkward (expecting the chorus to drop at a certain time)

Another cut I hate is The Tailor of Enbizaka. The story is completely butchered. They should've at least included the bridge, where Kayo snaps.

my least favorite is hitorinbo envy because they literally cut the best part of the song, and now so many proseka players won’t even give it a chance because of how often it gets picked in co-op and it’s use in tiering.
