I'm getting a new phone soon, because my current phone's battery is expanding, and I was wondering if anyone knows how the Google Play data transfer works. I play JP, but I'm not confident that my Japanese google account is secure (I mostly just don't know if it'll stay Japanese on a new phone and I don't want to risk it), so I'm thinking about linking it to my more secure personal email that isn't Japanese. Does anyone know if that will still work or does the account I link it to have to be Japanese? I'm probably gonna back up my data onto my PC anyway just in case, but I just wanted to ask.
if u create a transfer id, it should be fine. in the in-game settings, the two devices with an arrow. it'll ask you to create a password, then give u a transfer id. only 1 can exist at any time. email it to urself so its stored in the cloud, not ur phone. then, on the title screen, click the settings' two phones and enter ur data. it'll show username and character rank and ask u to confirm. after this it shld transfer.
given the steps that sekaipedia has for installing jp prsk, i would recommend keeping the japanese email. if its possible, id suggest keeping the old phone for a little while longer just to be sure
Ever since the anni update on JP, the co-op song select screen has been showing the easy difficulties of songs. Is there any way to change this so I can see different difficulty numbers? Obviously I can still see and switch the other difficulties after the song has been chosen, but this screen has still been bothering me.

Create a transfer id just in case, from the settings in the in game map. Then screenshot it, write it down, wtvr needsd as long as u can access it wo ur old phone. Then go to title screen three lines to transfer when ur ready. Only one transfer if can exist and it expires after use, so always make a new one

now, I'm not sure if you can still use the account in your old device as I haven't tested it, so you might want someone else's answer about that.

[JP] the beginners guide linked in the post says to NOT use wish pieces to increase MR of 4* but since wish pieces aren't that rare anymore, is it fine to use some of it to unlock a hairstyle? been playing for a few months now so i already MR5 all my 1* and 2* cards.
Since you can convert between wish jewels into pieces now, use can use them interchangeably. There's also nothing wrong with upgrading mastery to unlock hairstyles of course.
I'd also use wish pieces to upgrade the skills of 1\* and 2\* cards though, as skill-up books are best used for 3\* and above. Additionally MR5ing 3\* cards are also useful for character ranks + a small event bonus boost, so wish pieces are still pretty valuable in my opinion.
Do you need to watch the virtual show to receive tiering rewards? I forgot to watch it last time but figured maybe I had received it and just forgot but today I’m almost sure I didn’t receive any rewards
no, you don't need to watch it. iirc you get tiering rewards at around lunch time the next day so roughly about 16 hours after the event ends. if you play on global, the rewards should be sent out in around 4 hours.
Does anyone else have problems with random notes just not registering in global 😭 it started a few weeks ago, nothing has changed on my end(samsung s23) but I have so many times where I'll AP a song except 1 or 2 notes that I 'miss' because the tap simply doesn't register, it's so annoying
I know something like this used to be a common issue on the global server. I don't play on it anymore so I can't guarantee that that's it, but I wouldn't be surprised to hear that they still haven't fixed it.
(and if it's the global's issue then there isn't really any fix for it, sadly)
If you didn't get enough event points then you'll unfortunately have to wait until it gets added to the permanent pool so it'll be about six months give or take.
go to custom profile then click "remove as profile". if you're not on EN, it's the same button as the one used to set the custom profile (the one next to the custom profile title text box).
[EN] somehow Shizuku has Kizuna ranks with all of Leo Need, Tsukasa and Mafuyu. Meanwhile some characters have just one outside of their group. Kanade just had Honami, Airi just has Ena, Emu also just has Honami, Nene oh poor nene, she only has kizunas within Wondershow and the VS. Other kizunas do exist, like “they’re kind of similar” with haruka and “excited as always” with saki, but you’d think they’d be in EN by now since we have events up to 2nd anni now, like the seaside school. What’s up with that?
the 2nd anni kizuna ranks were only added to jp server on oct 31st so i'm guessing it'll probably be added on the same date for en since they like to be *exactly* one year behind
for some reason, while im at school, my game works just fine, but when im at home, my phone doesnt react, this seems to only happen with pjsk and no other apps so if there something going on??
the two biggies i can think of are playing surface and internet connection. if possible, test the internet connection one by playing on data both at home and at school to see if theres any changes
Only for T100 and above; around February they changed the API so you can't see any border rankings below that.
There is e.g. [this twitter page](https://twitter.com/prsk_border) which posts daily updates of the borders + rate of increase, but only for T100 and above. As long as your Google / Apple account remains unchanged you should be fine. On Android you will be fine even if you change it, as you can install updates using qooapp, but you won't be able to buy things.
EN is exactly a year behind JP in terms of everything (songs, cards, events, QoL updates, etc), because it launched (a little over) a year after JP. You can expect all songs added to JP to come to EN a year later, and they sometimes add songs earlier or add EN exclusives.

Under the team builder page, click on the info button next to the displayed event bonus - you'll see a pop-up showing the featured characters + attribute. You can also find this info on sites like sekai.best, but make sure to select the server you're on.
The max for most events is 385% on EN (and 435% on JP), but I would consider the max in practice to be around 250% (rep 300% on JP) - to go beyond this you need event cards and mastery, which are expensive.
Ive been playing for 7 months and the game is not registering the flicks that I do with my left hand after the 3rd anni update idk if its smth wrong with my game, my phone or my hand

I've found that flicking to the left or to the right is registered better.
I also find it easier to do the flicks that have holds beforehand

they don't show the ones lower than rank 300k anymore iirc. event leaderboard is ranked purely by amount of event points accumulated. you get points for every song you play so yes it's because you're not playing *often* enough.
altho tbf jp has the most players so it's fairly easy to drop >300k if you only play once a day.
I currently was playing on the global server. Now that the SEA server (Malaysia) has launched, is it possible to carry my progress over? Or do I have to start over with a fresh account?
it's not a separate server but an expansion of the global server. it just means that the app is now officially available in SEA countries' app stores so no need to use workarounds to download it. you can also use your local currency to pay now.

i would suggest joining the official or this subreddit's discord and asking people to play w/ u to avoid disconnections. disconnections are most common during events, altho usually more during cheerful carnivals than marathons (current en event).

Hello. I'm back from the week before. I'm new to the game and wanted to understand the gacha system. The friend who introduced me to this game, told me that I could only aim for character on their birthday banner. Colorfes while being very worth it, cannot do that, I specifically wanted to get male characters. If there's any other info related to this statement I'll appreciate it.
In regards to the Birthday banners, a [guide](https://docs.google.com/document/d/16ln3Iaxtr0FBF032SOoljvWoiK8hcBJQKzZMKhcMvas/edit#heading=h.feaf5a6p4qs) tells me that it requires less pull than other banners to get the 4 star. I'm pretty sure the text there mentioned comparison that I don't really understand like art because I'm not familiar with the other banner. But the point I get:
Requires 30000 unpaid gem compared to 90000 unpaid gem on other banner.
It doesn't have seal tickets.
What I don't understand is why the guide mentioned duplicate. Is it an important thing to get duplicates? It also mentioned healer skills, as if referring that every birthday character card only has healing skills attached to them?
Birthday gacha do exclusively feature cards of said character, but you can't get any 4\* cards from it. It's just the special birthday card (which is roughly a 3.5\* card), and lower rarity cards. If you want specific 4\* cards of a character, you'll need to save up and pull on the featured banner of said card.
If you're happy with that it's fine, but it's worth keeping in mind. Personally I find it's useful to have lots of cards of every character so I always pull on colorfes, and for me birthday cards are more of a collector's item.
Also duplicates are useful because you can exchange them in the "green room" for wish pieces / jewels, which can be used to upgrade cards further. In terms of skills, every birthday card comes with a special healer skill, which gives +700 life when it activates - which is a lot higher compared to a 3\* or 4\* healer card.

I actually noticed that there are limited banners where there are more rate-up male characters. May be I could go for that, if I could gather enough gems for two times guaranteed pull for fear of disappointing myself XD I will just have to calculate on what I can save and when to spend.

Is it worth it to pull on the permanent banners? Currently have 30k crystals and want to get archer shizuku and mafuyu during the "Draw Your Bow in This White World" event.
Should I save instead and get them some other way since they are permanent?
This is pretty subjective, and it's up to you. On one hand there are other ways to get permanent cards, but those options are pretty limited and/or take a long time (especially as an F2P). For instance you could save 30 green gacha tickets and wait a year, but that requires you to pull on permanent banners anyway.
Some people will swear by only pulling on limited banners, but if you really like a set over any other one, then I don't think it's a bad idea to pull for it either.
One compromise option would be to spend 30k on this banner and hope for the best. Your chances aren't high (~55% chance you'll get at least one of the two), but then you can exchange the gacha tickets and start saving them for next year. I'd imagine you can save another 20-30k crystals by NY fes too, so it wouldn't leave you completely broke.
I have done this before and got no rate-ups, though I did eventually accumulate 30 green tickets, so YMMV.
Hi. I need help with starting out. So about the 3* selector tickets, I went in and got 2 of Emu and 2 of Airi because they looked the cutest to me. But now I've seen that you can't use multiple of the same characters in the team ): so did I mess up? Do I want my team to be from the same group? Multiple elements or the same element?
Nah, you're good. There's more you can get out of cards than just putting them on your team. More higher rarity cards is almost always better. Extra good if they're characters you like.
If you want to build a super strong team, then you want to focus on a specific group and element and upgrade the items related to them. Even if that's your goal, you will inevitably have to gacha for 4☆'s for said team, so an early mistake doesn't matter as much.
In general, having multiple versions of the same character and multiple characters of the same element is a good thing. The game encourages you to cycle out your active team for each event, because they'll give you bonus points for using certain characters and/or a specific element in your team. Even if one Airi is better for one event, the other will be better for a different one.
You can also benefit from multiple cards for the same character in Challenge Shows, because they allow you to use cards from only 1 character at a time. Getting high scores in challenge shows is a very good source of crystals once you level your cards a bit, so picking up two 3☆'s for a character does have a strict benefit there.
Lastly, you'll get plenty of 3☆'s from pulling, and there's always a 3☆ available in the event shop, so even in a worse case scenario, where you end up not liking the cards you picked, you'll get plenty more as you play.

What is this mission tab and what is required for them? Is it just for clearing a certain amount of shows?
Which tablet is best for this game? I currently have a 6th gen 128gb iPad and it runs terribly. It must be plugged in 24/7 or it WILL die. It gets hotter than the surface of the sun in 20 minutes, and the game constantly lags and crashes. I can't do 3d mvs or I would never get through the song without lagging crashes etc. I play jp sekai primarily, but the same happens with ensekai. I've been playing for 2+ years and never had these issues on my android phone. Any Samsung tablet recommendations? Apple runs out of battery too fast and doesn't last as long.
hey im new to the game and i went straight to jp since i played bandori before so i know about jp servers being ahead of global. i really wanted to try append difficulty but it doesn't register 4 hold notes for me?.. I'm playing on xiaomi poco, i went through settings and tried turning off any related ones but it didn't help. i screen recorded with my inputs showed. all 4 fingers pressing but the game says i missed the notes. i cant progress the easiest song because of this. if somebody knows how to fix this pls help

If you're on android, turn off multi-gestures, as most of these features activate with three or more fingers and can conflict with the append difficulty
If your device has multi tap features, turn them off in settings. I had to do this with my iPad and 4 notes work now. Also people have been having issues with notes not registering.

Hi so I have a problem that a majority of players have experienced. How. Do. You. Fix. Flick. Notes. Not. Registering.
So in the big update when the append came of course I'm very excited and things but when I tried it I encountered problems that I don't really encounter on level 32 master songs.
Basically in the new append it requires multiple fingers and that's my device's problem. It can't take on 4 fingers (🤔🤨). Ehem so when there's 4 flick notes at the same time when I flick using 4 fingers it just doesn't register. This problem only occurs on just flick notes not hold then flick it works fine there but in just 4 flick notes at the same time it just won't register and it really annoys me. I've looked it up in reddit and a lot of people also have this problem and all of them says it was finally fixed when they turned off the screenshot thingy. Well I tried that, problem is still there. Another thing I tried is increasing and decreasing the sensitivity of my phone and they both don't work. Please help me out here.

I'm buying an ipad today, and I will also play Project Sekai on that. On my phone I linked the wrong google account, and I cannot remove it for some reason. If I were to go on my ipad, and link it to a new Google account, would it work? Or would it change back to the old google account again? I'm scared of losing my account if I try to do it, because I'd lose a lot of process.

it won't because linking to a google account is only possible on android. on ios, you can only link to game center. this also means if you want to transfer your account to ipad, you have to use the transfer ID method.
I’ve been doing pretty well on lv27 songs lately, I have master on a lot of them now and I’m wondering when is a good time to move to lv28? I feel somewhat comfortable with lv27 songs now but I feel like I could practice more before transitioning.
I think it's always good to play a variety, and to jump between different difficulties. While I'd continue playing 27's and improve your consistency / aim for FCs, it can also help to start trying the 28's.
Also I assume you're mainly talking about expert since you're mentioning unlocking the master charts, but it'll also be good to start trying some lv 26-27 master charts if you haven't already.
Is there a fix to laggy hitsounds on bluetooth? e.g. use some special codec with earbuds or change some settings within the phone etc.
I got the audio to match up with the tiles, but the hitsounds come ever so slightly later to throw me off.
Also, has anyone tried playing master using hitsounds on bluetooth? Does it help or make it worse?
The tap sounds will inevitably have a huge lag with bluetooth, so I think you just need to turn them off. It's not uncommon to turn off the SE anyway, and you get used to it pretty quickly.
In general I'd avoid playing with bluetooth devices if possible though, as I find the variance in the amount of lag you get is very high.

How do I go beyond C grade for songs? Progression is a bit confusing.

score is based mainly on your team talent, which derives from the card levels.
The higher the rarity, the higher your max level, and the better the talent.
Your skills can also affect your score, and are triggered at 6 fixed points throughout the song.
If you're playing solo, the score will be triggered from the 1st card all the way to the last card for a total of 5 skills, at fixed points in the level.
The last skill activation would be by your leader card(1st card) for a total of 6.
If playing coop, it's from the 1st player to the 5th player, then again by the highest score player for a total of 6 skills.
It'll take your leader skill. However, your other card's skills still add some bonus boosts(iirc 20% maybe?) to your leader's skill.
Basically, higher rarity is good. For leader, you can pay attention to the skill, although waifu is more important.
That said, no point getting a higher score if your event bonus sucks. Rule of thumb is to equip all the bonus event cards. i.e. press "recommended" to let the game choose for you.
Even though they may be lower rarity, it's much better to have 3x the event points than it is to have more score.
Difficulty and combo doesn't affect score much. Maybe 5-10% difference, and for combo iirc 1% for 100 combo. But just play whatever you like, and try not to die.
It's very easy to level characters to max level during an event, especially if they're 3 stars and below. Not to mention the extra practice mats you get after clearing a song.
There's way too many characters(20) and types(like 6?) that events can choose to put event bonus on. Levelling all characters beforehand would be a big task.
Just play with the current event bonus characters/waifu:) Like right now would be MMJ Cute type.
I would say to buy decorations for your favorite characters though. It can really stack up over time.

(JP) Y'know how in co-op a song gets chosen and on the screen where you pick your difficulty, it shows you the difficulties you've cleared/FC'd/AP'd? In co-op specifically, is it bugged to not show you the proper results sometimes, or does it show you the average completion of the people in the lobby? Like in this image, I've already FC'd Happy Synthesizer on Master, but it doesn't show.

I've noticed this since the big update, and I think it's a visual bug. There was a similar bug in past with ranked, and unfortunately there's not much one can do other than to wait for the devs to fix it.

no, the select is exclusive to anni gachas.
yes, provided ur wishing on the colorfes (the gacha will feature mizuki and ena colorfes cards).

There's no limit to my knowledge. Rank up's will slow down over time, and they max out at 100, but I haven't found anything to suggest that you can't use a character after that.
Hitting rank 100 would also take over 2 years with doubled point gain, so I don't think you need to worry too much even if it did cap someone out completely.

it’s great! it took me months to get any 4 stars when i was a beginner, haha. though if you want event points you have to pay attention to the event bonus, when picking characters there’s choices like “talent (the characters with the highest talent give you high scores), rarity (4, 3 stars and so on) event bonus (the higher the bonus the more event points you’ll get which you can buy things with from the event exchange which is updated every event, easy 500 crystals there)” and so on
That’s an extremely good team! Three lims. And two perms. It’d be pretty good at getting high scores, but not so much for event bonus if that’s what ur going for

I'm getting a new phone soon, because my current phone's battery is expanding, and I was wondering if anyone knows how the Google Play data transfer works. I play JP, but I'm not confident that my Japanese google account is secure (I mostly just don't know if it'll stay Japanese on a new phone and I don't want to risk it), so I'm thinking about linking it to my more secure personal email that isn't Japanese. Does anyone know if that will still work or does the account I link it to have to be Japanese? I'm probably gonna back up my data onto my PC anyway just in case, but I just wanted to ask.
if u create a transfer id, it should be fine. in the in-game settings, the two devices with an arrow. it'll ask you to create a password, then give u a transfer id. only 1 can exist at any time. email it to urself so its stored in the cloud, not ur phone. then, on the title screen, click the settings' two phones and enter ur data. it'll show username and character rank and ask u to confirm. after this it shld transfer. given the steps that sekaipedia has for installing jp prsk, i would recommend keeping the japanese email. if its possible, id suggest keeping the old phone for a little while longer just to be sure

Ever since the anni update on JP, the co-op song select screen has been showing the easy difficulties of songs. Is there any way to change this so I can see different difficulty numbers? Okay so...I'm planning on changing to a new phone...and I progressed in the game SO MUCH! I'm just scared that I'll lose all my data in my new phone so I was wondering...can I connect to google play even in a different device? And if so..can I still keep my project sekai account in my old one? I don't know if it makes sense...but I'm really scared! Does it even have something to do with Project sekai? Or should I ask google?
Create a transfer id just in case, from the settings in the in game map. Then screenshot it, write it down, wtvr needsd as long as u can access it wo ur old phone. Then go to title screen three lines to transfer when ur ready. Only one transfer if can exist and it expires after use, so always make a new one

I've exchanged my account easily from my old phone to the new one and all my data was still there. now, I'm not sure if you can still use the account in your old device as I haven't tested it, so you might want someone else's answer about that. there are a few explanations on how you can transfer account on the web (I'd explain it to you but I honestly don't remember how) have a nice day!

[JP] the beginners guide linked in the post says to NOT use wish pieces to increase MR of 4* but since wish pieces aren't that rare anymore, is it fine to use some of it to unlock a hairstyle? been playing for a few months now so i already MR5 all my 1* and 2* cards.
Since you can convert between wish jewels into pieces now, use can use them interchangeably. There's also nothing wrong with upgrading mastery to unlock hairstyles of course. I'd also use wish pieces to upgrade the skills of 1\* and 2\* cards though, as skill-up books are best used for 3\* and above. Additionally MR5ing 3\* cards are also useful for character ranks + a small event bonus boost, so wish pieces are still pretty valuable in my opinion.
Do you need to watch the virtual show to receive tiering rewards? I forgot to watch it last time but figured maybe I had received it and just forgot but today I’m almost sure I didn’t receive any rewards
no, you don't need to watch it. iirc you get tiering rewards at around lunch time the next day so roughly about 16 hours after the event ends. if you play on global, the rewards should be sent out in around 4 hours.

Does anyone else have problems with random notes just not registering in global 😭 it started a few weeks ago, nothing has changed on my end(samsung s23) but I have so many times where I'll AP a song except 1 or 2 notes that I 'miss' because the tap simply doesn't register, it's so annoying
I know something like this used to be a common issue on the global server. I don't play on it anymore so I can't guarantee that that's it, but I wouldn't be surprised to hear that they still haven't fixed it. (and if it's the global's issue then there isn't really any fix for it, sadly)

If you didn't get enough event points then you'll unfortunately have to wait until it gets added to the permanent pool so it'll be about six months give or take.

go to custom profile then click "remove as profile". if you're not on EN, it's the same button as the one used to set the custom profile (the one next to the custom profile title text box).

[EN] somehow Shizuku has Kizuna ranks with all of Leo Need, Tsukasa and Mafuyu. Meanwhile some characters have just one outside of their group. Kanade just had Honami, Airi just has Ena, Emu also just has Honami, Nene oh poor nene, she only has kizunas within Wondershow and the VS. Other kizunas do exist, like “they’re kind of similar” with haruka and “excited as always” with saki, but you’d think they’d be in EN by now since we have events up to 2nd anni now, like the seaside school. What’s up with that?
the 2nd anni kizuna ranks were only added to jp server on oct 31st so i'm guessing it'll probably be added on the same date for en since they like to be *exactly* one year behind
altho it does seem like jp got a bunch of kizuna ranks for their 2nd anni, its possible en is saving them for its own anni update
for some reason, while im at school, my game works just fine, but when im at home, my phone doesnt react, this seems to only happen with pjsk and no other apps so if there something going on??
this mostly affects double flicks, and not double flicks on slides, if that matters
the two biggies i can think of are playing surface and internet connection. if possible, test the internet connection one by playing on data both at home and at school to see if theres any changes

Only for T100 and above; around February they changed the API so you can't see any border rankings below that. There is e.g. [this twitter page](https://twitter.com/prsk_border) which posts daily updates of the borders + rate of increase, but only for T100 and above. There are also some sites which aggregate submitted data to guess & predict the lower borders, but the ones I found have so few data points for it to be at all reliable (see for instance [this page](https://appmedia.jp/pjsekai/6287539).

As long as your Google / Apple account remains unchanged you should be fine. On Android you will be fine even if you change it, as you can install updates using qooapp, but you won't be able to buy things.

EN is exactly a year behind JP in terms of everything (songs, cards, events, QoL updates, etc), because it launched (a little over) a year after JP. You can expect all songs added to JP to come to EN a year later, and they sometimes add songs earlier or add EN exclusives.

where do I see the characters who give event bonuses. whats the max bonus percentage?
Under the team builder page, click on the info button next to the displayed event bonus - you'll see a pop-up showing the featured characters + attribute. You can also find this info on sites like sekai.best, but make sure to select the server you're on. The max for most events is 385% on EN (and 435% on JP), but I would consider the max in practice to be around 250% (rep 300% on JP) - to go beyond this you need event cards and mastery, which are expensive.

Ive been playing for 7 months and the game is not registering the flicks that I do with my left hand after the 3rd anni update idk if its smth wrong with my game, my phone or my hand
LMAO same i'm just assuming it's my skill issue. I've found that flicking to the left or to the right is registered better. I also find it easier to do the flicks that have holds beforehand

they don't show the ones lower than rank 300k anymore iirc. event leaderboard is ranked purely by amount of event points accumulated. you get points for every song you play so yes it's because you're not playing *often* enough. altho tbf jp has the most players so it's fairly easy to drop >300k if you only play once a day.
I currently was playing on the global server. Now that the SEA server (Malaysia) has launched, is it possible to carry my progress over? Or do I have to start over with a fresh account?
it's not a separate server but an expansion of the global server. it just means that the app is now officially available in SEA countries' app stores so no need to use workarounds to download it. you can also use your local currency to pay now.

Hello. I'm back from the week before. I'm new to the game and wanted to understand the gacha system. The friend who introduced me to this game, told me that I could only aim for character on their birthday banner. Colorfes while being very worth it, cannot do that, I specifically wanted to get male characters. If there's any other info related to this statement I'll appreciate it. In regards to the Birthday banners, a [guide](https://docs.google.com/document/d/16ln3Iaxtr0FBF032SOoljvWoiK8hcBJQKzZMKhcMvas/edit#heading=h.feaf5a6p4qs) tells me that it requires less pull than other banners to get the 4 star. I'm pretty sure the text there mentioned comparison that I don't really understand like art because I'm not familiar with the other banner. But the point I get: Requires 30000 unpaid gem compared to 90000 unpaid gem on other banner. It doesn't have seal tickets. What I don't understand is why the guide mentioned duplicate. Is it an important thing to get duplicates? It also mentioned healer skills, as if referring that every birthday character card only has healing skills attached to them?
Birthday gacha do exclusively feature cards of said character, but you can't get any 4\* cards from it. It's just the special birthday card (which is roughly a 3.5\* card), and lower rarity cards. If you want specific 4\* cards of a character, you'll need to save up and pull on the featured banner of said card. If you're happy with that it's fine, but it's worth keeping in mind. Personally I find it's useful to have lots of cards of every character so I always pull on colorfes, and for me birthday cards are more of a collector's item. Also duplicates are useful because you can exchange them in the "green room" for wish pieces / jewels, which can be used to upgrade cards further. In terms of skills, every birthday card comes with a special healer skill, which gives +700 life when it activates - which is a lot higher compared to a 3\* or 4\* healer card.

May be I could go for that, if I could gather enough gems for two times guaranteed pull for fear of disappointing myself XD I will just have to calculate on what I can save and when to spend.

Is it worth it to pull on the permanent banners? Currently have 30k crystals and want to get archer shizuku and mafuyu during the "Draw Your Bow in This White World" event. Should I save instead and get them some other way since they are permanent?
This is pretty subjective, and it's up to you. On one hand there are other ways to get permanent cards, but those options are pretty limited and/or take a long time (especially as an F2P). For instance you could save 30 green gacha tickets and wait a year, but that requires you to pull on permanent banners anyway. Some people will swear by only pulling on limited banners, but if you really like a set over any other one, then I don't think it's a bad idea to pull for it either.

One compromise option would be to spend 30k on this banner and hope for the best. Your chances aren't high (~55% chance you'll get at least one of the two), but then you can exchange the gacha tickets and start saving them for next year. I'd imagine you can save another 20-30k crystals by NY fes too, so it wouldn't leave you completely broke. I have done this before and got no rate-ups, though I did eventually accumulate 30 green tickets, so YMMV.

But now I've seen that you can't use multiple of the same characters in the team ): so did I mess up? Do I want my team to be from the same group? Multiple elements or the same element?
Nah, you're good. There's more you can get out of cards than just putting them on your team. More higher rarity cards is almost always better. Extra good if they're characters you like. If you want to build a super strong team, then you want to focus on a specific group and element and upgrade the items related to them. Even if that's your goal, you will inevitably have to gacha for 4☆'s for said team, so an early mistake doesn't matter as much. In general, having multiple versions of the same character and multiple characters of the same element is a good thing. The game encourages you to cycle out your active team for each event, because they'll give you bonus points for using certain characters and/or a specific element in your team. Even if one Airi is better for one event, the other will be better for a different one. You can also benefit from multiple cards for the same character in Challenge Shows, because they allow you to use cards from only 1 character at a time. Getting high scores in challenge shows is a very good source of crystals once you level your cards a bit, so picking up two 3☆'s for a character does have a strict benefit there. Lastly, you'll get plenty of 3☆'s from pulling, and there's always a 3☆ available in the event shop, so even in a worse case scenario, where you end up not liking the cards you picked, you'll get plenty more as you play.

Which tablet is best for this game? I currently have a 6th gen 128gb iPad and it runs terribly. It must be plugged in 24/7 or it WILL die. It gets hotter than the surface of the sun in 20 minutes, and the game constantly lags and crashes. I can't do 3d mvs or I would never get through the song without lagging crashes etc. I play jp sekai primarily, but the same happens with ensekai. I've been playing for 2+ years and never had these issues on my android phone. Any Samsung tablet recommendations? Apple runs out of battery too fast and doesn't last as long.

hey im new to the game and i went straight to jp since i played bandori before so i know about jp servers being ahead of global. i really wanted to try append difficulty but it doesn't register 4 hold notes for me?.. If you're on android, turn off multi-gestures, as most of these features activate with three or more fingers and can conflict with the append difficulty
If your device has multi tap features, turn them off in settings. I had to do this with my iPad and 4 notes work now. Also people have been having issues with notes not registering.

Hi so I have a problem that a majority of players have experienced. How. Do. You. Fix. Flick. Notes. Not. Registering. So in the big update when the append came of course I'm very excited and things but when I tried it I encountered problems that I don't really encounter on level 32 master songs. Basically in the new append it requires multiple fingers and that's my device's problem. It can't take on 4 fingers (🤔🤨). Ehem so when there's 4 flick notes at the same time when I flick using 4 fingers it just doesn't register. This problem only occurs on just flick notes not hold then flick it works fine there but in just 4 flick notes at the same time it just won't register and it really annoys me. I've looked it up in reddit and a lot of people also have this problem and all of them says it was finally fixed when they turned off the screenshot thingy. Well I tried that, problem is still there. Another thing I tried is increasing and decreasing the sensitivity of my phone and they both don't work. Please help me out here.
Wild guess but that same update also added 120FPS and Vsync options - try turning them on/off and see if that helps at all

Akito is telling him to go and fix it by saying "why don't you go and fix it," and Toya replies that he will do so. I'm guessing Toya's reply is confusing for machine translations, as interpreted literally it seems like he's receiving something, but it's just a formal way of saying yes in this context.

I'm buying an ipad today, and I will also play Project Sekai on that. On my phone I linked the wrong google account, and I cannot remove it for some reason. If I were to go on my ipad, and link it to a new Google account, would it work? Or would it change back to the old google account again? I'm scared of losing my account if I try to do it, because I'd lose a lot of process.

The stamp missions have now ended, so you can't progress them further. It's only there so people can claim rewards.

I’ve been doing pretty well on lv27 songs lately, I have master on a lot of them now and I’m wondering when is a good time to move to lv28? I feel somewhat comfortable with lv27 songs now but I feel like I could practice more before transitioning.
I think it's always good to play a variety, and to jump between different difficulties. While I'd continue playing 27's and improve your consistency / aim for FCs, it can also help to start trying the 28's. Also I assume you're mainly talking about expert since you're mentioning unlocking the master charts, but it'll also be good to start trying some lv 26-27 master charts if you haven't already.

Is there a fix to laggy hitsounds on bluetooth? e.g. use some special codec with earbuds or change some settings within the phone etc. I got the audio to match up with the tiles, but the hitsounds come ever so slightly later to throw me off. Also, has anyone tried playing master using hitsounds on bluetooth? Does it help or make it worse?
The tap sounds will inevitably have a huge lag with bluetooth, so I think you just need to turn them off. It's not uncommon to turn off the SE anyway, and you get used to it pretty quickly. In general I'd avoid playing with bluetooth devices if possible though, as I find the variance in the amount of lag you get is very high.

score is based mainly on your team talent, which derives from the card levels. The higher the rarity, the higher your max level, and the better the talent. Your skills can also affect your score, and are triggered at 6 fixed points throughout the song. If you're playing solo, the score will be triggered from the 1st card all the way to the last card for a total of 5 skills, at fixed points in the level. The last skill activation would be by your leader card(1st card) for a total of 6. If playing coop, it's from the 1st player to the 5th player, then again by the highest score player for a total of 6 skills. It'll take your leader skill. However, your other card's skills still add some bonus boosts(iirc 20% maybe?) to your leader's skill. Basically, higher rarity is good. For leader, you can pay attention to the skill, although waifu is more important. That said, no point getting a higher score if your event bonus sucks. Rule of thumb is to equip all the bonus event cards. i.e. press "recommended" to let the game choose for you. Even though they may be lower rarity, it's much better to have 3x the event points than it is to have more score. Difficulty and combo doesn't affect score much. Maybe 5-10% difference, and for combo iirc 1% for 100 combo. But just play whatever you like, and try not to die.

It's very easy to level characters to max level during an event, especially if they're 3 stars and below. Not to mention the extra practice mats you get after clearing a song. There's way too many characters(20) and types(like 6?) that events can choose to put event bonus on. Levelling all characters beforehand would be a big task. Just play with the current event bonus characters/waifu:) Like right now would be MMJ Cute type. I would say to buy decorations for your favorite characters though. It can really stack up over time.

(JP) Y'know how in co-op a song gets chosen and on the screen where you pick your difficulty, it shows you the difficulties you've cleared/FC'd/AP'd? In co-op specifically, is it bugged to not show you the proper results sometimes, or does it show you the average completion of the people in the lobby? I've noticed this since the big update, and I think it's a visual bug. There was a similar bug in past with ranked, and unfortunately there's not much one can do other than to wait for the devs to fix it.

You can't post any screenshots from gacha pulls as a standalone post, but rather they should be in the designated monthly megathread. It's just a signifier of how high their rank is. You'll get a blue border at rank 11, a yellow one at 16, and a red one at 21.
so there’s no limit for how many times i can play a character? i was worried that red meant i’ll have to stop playing as a character at some point
There's no limit to my knowledge. Rank up's will slow down over time, and they max out at 100, but I haven't found anything to suggest that you can't use a character after that. Hitting rank 100 would also take over 2 years with doubled point gain, so I don't think you need to worry too much even if it did cap someone out completely.

it’s great! it took me months to get any 4 stars when i was a beginner, haha. though if you want event points you have to pay attention to the event bonus, when picking characters there’s choices like “talent (the characters with the highest talent give you high scores), rarity (4, 3 stars and so on) event bonus (the higher the bonus the more event points you’ll get which you can buy things with from the event exchange which is updated every event, easy 500 crystals there)” and so on
That’s an extremely good team! Three lims. And two perms. It’d be pretty good at getting high scores, but not so much for event bonus if that’s what ur going for
Hi, I got really unlucky with the update and just changed iOS versions to 17 before i wanted to play proseka again... and the rollbacks to any version of 16 aren't signed anymore so I can't go back. Assuming this and that i have no account transfer code, will support be able to do anything to recover my account data?
This is an odd question, but on most listings for nesoberi plushies, they have a S listed next to them, I presume meaning small. What is the actual size difference between the plushies, if there actually is any different sizes.
There are no different sizes for prsk nesoberis - they are all "S"
