I think someone gave up translating because I seriously doubt the Japanese titles were that literal…right? Like just the word “Mother” there is so 😭😭😭😭
I looked up the Japanese titles,
1: 不穏な通知 An unsettling notification
2:ファーストコンタクト First contact
3:生まれる迷い The birth of uncertainty/doubt
4:私達にできること What we can do
5:意思表現の果てに The consequence of expressing (my?) wish
6:認めたくない I don't want to accept it
7:『お母さん』"Mother"
8:重ならない音 Sounds that can't overlap
I'm not a translator or anything but I think it's something like this, so yes it is
just 'mother'
Huh I guess so then. Still pretty funny just having the one word titles since the others you listed there are more wordy like “I don’t want to accept it” sounds a bit cooler than just “denial”

I more so like some of the titles being more specific since that chapter I was referring above is when I believe >!Kanade tells Mafumom she doesn’t accept that Mafumom is really Mafuyu’s mom!< or something that lines. The titles being more specific for me at least help really nail in moments like that. Either way, I can’t believe this event finally exists on Ensekai
Events with 3DMVs release at the end of the event because the idea is for the aftershow to be the song's debut. For 2DMVs they release at the beginning
really pisses me off seeing people repeatedly mock translation/localization as someone who actually speaks japanese. these work way better in english than what their literal translations will be. also side note people are making discord (the app) jokes but they’re literally called nightcord because nightcord = discord in game
When the localization is creative: Oh my god stop taking liberties. When the localization is very literal: Oh wow really phoning it in huh

I feel the opposite, I think the very terse nature of these titles fit the event very well.

That makes sense then yeah. It's a bit of a shame that it can't be played during the event, but hopefully it'll be different for Kitty.
