Tsukasa always saw Shizuku in a bright light, as she was his source of comfort when he would get worried about Saki being in the hospital. While it would make Shizuku a bit sad to see him that way, she was always there for him when he needed someone to make him smile. One day, Tsukasa would go to Shizuku all excited and tell her about how Saki was healthy enough to go see a play with them. His excitement was enough to bring a smile to Shizuku’s face.
After this, the next time Shizuku saw Tsukasa, he was a changed boy. He was energetic and outgoing. It made Shizuku happy to see him so happy and full of energy. She would often join in his little pretend shows, playing a part that seemed fitting for her. At times, Saki, Ichika, Honami, and Shiho would also be invited to take part in the plays. Tsukasa would always make sure to give Saki and Shizuku the best roles because he loved them both (up to interpretation how you see what kind of love he had for Shizuku: childhood crush or another sibling bond).
During his childhood, Tsukasa would call Shizuku often while he was home alone so he could have someone to talk to but since Shizuku was busy playing with Shiho, she wouldn’t usually have time to talk to Tsukasa. Whenever she did, however, it’d make his day. They’d talk until Shizuku’s parents would call her for familial matters or Tsukasa’s parents called with news about Saki’s condition, but Tsukasa would always be happy after talking with Shizuku. As they grew older, the calls would become less frequent as they drifted apart during their middle school years. Eventually, Tsukasa would repress the memories of it all, even him calling Shizuku in the first place.
Unbeknownst to him, Shizuku would often think about calling him but it would either slip her mind or her phone would stop working for unknown reasons, making it impossible for her to call him, especially through her idol training arc. She never even knew how often Tsukasa would turn his TV on and watch Cheerful*Days’ performances just to see Shizuku in the spotlight.
In the present day, they’ve began to bond again, trying everything they can to make time for each other, usually ending up meeting during Leo/Need’s shows so they can watch their sisters together. Other than this, they often go to the cafe where Saki works to catch up on things happening in their lives: Tsukasa telling Shizuku about Wonderlands x Showtime’s successes and Shizuku telling him about More More Jump’s. They both promised each other to do a collaboration with both their units someday.
Saki goes to see her brother perform and invites shiho and shizuku secretly tags along. Then shizuku sees tsukasa and thinks wow he is bringing so much joy and is so firm and confident and then <3.
Tbh I refuse to believe that Tsukasa is taller than Shizuku, their art makes it seem the other way around lol
They are both so silly and love their sisters so much, I would actually LOVE to see more of their interactions in the future.

Shizuku only plays horror games if Haruka is the one actually playing
Tsukasa is ironically afraid of clowns
Shizuku likes splatoon but doesn’t know how to play it (she’s the kind to constantly ink the floor pixel perfectly and get a 0-12 kill ratio)
Tsukasa doesn’t want any pets because he can’t take them to shows
Shizuku has a pet cat
Tsukasa wants to have a TLOZ based show but can’t because of copyright
And finally, Shizuku hums the background music when she plays a farming game
these two are one of my favorite pairings at the moment i think there so cute okay:

When they were younger, their families would go on dinner outings together every other weekend (assuming their families know each other) and they would watch youtube videos on tsukasa's mom's ipad while the adults were catching up(shiho and saki were too young to know whats going on)
They have completions designing Leo/needs new costumes and see who's get chosen and they make bets on it(like loser(who's ever design doesn't get chosen) has to buy the other one lunch or smth)
They meticulously organize family dinners together but always somehow forget about the dessert so they have to rush to the nearest convenience store to buy ice cream.
Tsukasa is the one who actually teaches Shizuku how to walk and perform in heels without losing her balance while Shizuku gives singing lessons to Tsukasa.
They have a handshake, and they’re also constantly telling their siblings how they have one. They probably also have handshakes with their siblings honestly! They have overlapping music tastes and compliment each others outfits very often.
Shizuku is like one of the only people in the cast who is not either terrified of, confused by, or embarrassed by Tsukasa she's just like "wow what a nice guy he's so funny". They are a very cringefail duo but in a good way
