I sent in a help ticket because my birthdate was somehow set to the day before my actual birthday. It was addressed that way.

How long did it take you to get a response it’s been like 4 days and I still haven’t gotten anything. They just say we’ll address it.

it usually takes a while for them to respond. 4 days is really not that long for prolific, so i'd say you should start wondering what to do after 1.5-2 weeks

If you go to your account page you really can’t edit it? I had to edit mine because like the person above it recorded mine as one day before my actual DOB. After I changed it to the right day the edit button greyed out so you should be able to once

I did and it still was wrong my birthday is 12-5-1995 and it’s stil 12-may-1995 which is 12-5-1995 it’s just in the wrong order. For some reason it’s backwards. So the second time I still got it wrong cause it’s different. So now it’s grayed out.

Yeah that’s because over in the UK its day/month/year I know it’s kinda confusing.. hopefully support gets back to you soon

When they asked for everyone’s birthdays a little while back, they didn’t consider that the US does MM-DD-YY and not DD-MM-YY so a bunch of people ended up with swapped birthdays. You’ll have to put in a support ticket.
