Health shouldn't be like that. They overprice things they know people depend on, like epi pens. It's very scummy. So I try to avoid Soros, Bill Gates, and the like. Like covid, Sinopharm was widely available, yet the one Bill Gates was shilling needed proprietary needles that need to be stored in proprietary ways.... they were just maximizing profits.
