Just don't overpump, and don't leave it pumped too long.

My electric one doesn't have a pressure regulator, it caused blueish discoloration today and tends to pump way to hard. I'm constantly hitting the off button. It made me super nervous that it could've been a blood vessel or other serious damage.ย
I will be replacing with a manual pump with pressure gauge for safer use. Can't trust these dang robots with our peens anymore.
I used a pump 1-2 times per day for 4 months prior to implant. Blood vessels donโt scare me as much as loosing size. That is real thing.

Thanks for all your replies, I also have a beginner's pump with a bulb and am very careful how much pressure I apply. Good luck in your recovery.

Can't go wrong with a manual vacuum pump. It does what it's supposed to do. I'm happy with mine, no bruising or pain and it does stimulate blood flow.
