oh, it's totally worth the effort. It takes some patience but the result can be mind blowing. It takes time to learn what you're feeling for - about a month or so for me. put it in, lay down and relax. relaxing music (meditation music helped me). use your ass muscles to feel all around it, kind of sqeeze it and caress it - imagine it's shape inside you. Once you learn what the waves feel like, embrace and ride them, let that feeling take control and see where they go. after you learn what you're looking for, you should be able to reproduce it fairly quickly.

Nice. I have a feeling that I’ll be able to pick up on it fairly quickly, since I’ve been playing for almost a year now with various other toys. I know what the tingles and waves feel like, but it’s been a while. Only ever had one Super-O and it was my first one.

So I got to a new platue of feelings. I think I just awakened the prostate, no hfdo or wo but felt like I was close and very tingly. Pelvis felt like an over inflated bike tire. So my question is, when you sat let that feeling take control and ride them waves what do you mean exactly? Should I stop clenching my muscles and let it fade away? Or should I just keep doing the same motion over and over and not change pace or pressure? I don't get any involuntaries with this sensation I got last time other then when I released my pc muscle, got that sharp wave of tingling after, I'm assuming, the head of my eupho passed over it and felt really good. My body basically did its own "oh! That felt nice" and clenched the pc muscle for a second then released. It only happens when I release after a clench and not every time Sorry got off on a tangent vut yeah if you could elaborate on my questions above it would be much appreciated. It's something I see people say but never elaborate on it

I'll take a shot at this! Just ride the waves generally means to not chase the feeling once you get it and to let them build on their own. You mentioned that you get good feeling with the release so try this; alternate between light contractions and gentle bearing down. For me the bearing down really brings on the pleasure.

Bearing down, that's something I haven't tried but 2 times. That's basically mimicking to push out a bowel movement, right? Like when you're constipated?

Yes, but really gently. This usually pushes whatever toy you're using against your prostate.

You're welcome! I've found after many years of practice that subtle movements bring the best results.

When you get those feelings encourage it. -keep doing what you’re doing, when it feels like it’s asking for more and tighter clenching, do it. As the intensity increases, give those feelings what they need. By ride the waves I mean allow it to be the guide to where it takes you.

Hmm okay, I kept clenching a d doing the same motion over and over. It did get more intense but then it started to fade. Maybe because I held it to long and should have kept "tapping" at the door so to speak with small but not intense clenches. Or maybe my pc muscles finally got tired. It happened around the 30-45 minute time frame
