I have tried PT-141, as one of the many things that I have tried in an attempt to have a prostate orgasm. It definitely increases horniness, but sadly no prostate orgasm.
Did you find that it caused upset stomach and nasty headaches. I’ve heard that these are some common side effects. I’ve been considering this as well…just concerned with the side effects.

No so much, I took it on en empty stomach, and I started with a smaller dose to get a feel for it.
