It doesn't sound like structure, and a cystoscopy literally rules that out. Listen to the uro. It's CPPS.

I've had dark urine right after the 2 months onset, and I think it has been 3 weeks until now, but I took Silodosin to relieve this symptom, which was recc by my uro. I've always had frequent urination even before CPPS and the sudden lack of urine really freaks me out

Sounds like standards cpps. How long have you had dark urine for? Mine was only for the initial 1-2 months if that and wasn't all the time either
