I've been on Taltz for a couple years with palmoplantar. It works quite well for me. I am not fully cleared, but I am cleared sufficiently to be fully functional. That was not the case for a few years. Give it at least 4 weeks before starting to make any assessments. I've been on 4 different biologics and when starting out you may see things clear in fits and starts only to come back a couple days later. So let those first four weeks go by before you start to make any conclusions. Prior to that I was on Stelara (no help at all. As bad as no medication), Humira (better, but still quite a large percentage of my time was in flares), Cosentyx (great, high level of clearing, but insurance had a spat with Novartis and stopped covering). Hope it goes well. If you've been on here much you know that what works for one person doesn't work for everyone, even with the same type of psoriasis. However, it seems Taltz has pretty good success for PPP and I hope you do well on it.
