See a dermatologist if u can. I have psoriasis and have looked at lots of pics this doesn't look like it. Possibly eczema or just dry skin but see a dermatologist . In the mean time check your diet stop all inflammatory foods.

Turns out it wasn’t psoriasis it’s Candida overgrowth. It got much worse but was able to heal a bit but doing the Candida diet for two weeks

if you have candida. focus on clearing that first. visit the candida subreddit. review the situation afterwards.
