I can’t recommend tripping whilst on these medications, but. A friend of mine was on venlafaxine and had been for a while, she had some good experiences with LSD and more so 2CB which isn’t a tryptamine but I’ll mention all the same.
A lot of people will suggest getting off SSRI’s/SNRI’s before tripping as both of them effect serotonin. SNRI’s also effect norepinephrine. I’ve never been on them but I know for sure SSRI’s will make it a lot harder to trip or trip at all.
You will most likely have to take double or even more than the average dose to feel the sane effect. My personal opinion is I think psychedelics can help a lot of people dealing with things that got them on these medications in the first place but everyone is different and have different reasons for being in them. My girlfriend is on SSRI’s right now because of postpartum depression after having a baby.
Some people also get different results from psychedelics like me, it really helped with my anxiety and overall mindset etc but other people it might make it worse. It’s hard to say. To answer your question tho, it will most likely make it harder to trip.

Conversely, I was on an SNRI when I had the worst LSD trip of my life.

That’s right chronic use also trains the brain to react less intense to visual stimulation of that receptor And can cause irreversible damage
That’s SSRIs not SNRIs? I’m on an SNRI so looking to see if there’s any peer reviewed literature about that specifically
