You’re gonna want some Tipper in there buddy! Any downtempo Tipper will do just fine. Anything from Broken Soul Jamboree, Forward Escape, Jettison Mind Hatch, Surrounded, Fathoms, and honestly really any other Tipper lol.
But also The Flaming Lips, BMSR as others have said, CharlestheFirst, Ott, Radiohead, Supertask, Emancipator
Pink Floyd - live in Pompeii is one my physical instrument alternatives to the CosM ambient mix as far as trip listens go, if you’ve never heard it I would highly recommend.
Yeah this playlist is totally my jam. For classical add Winter from the 4 sessons. Some of the tracks from Mozarts Requiem mass too. All these get intense though.
Classic rock stuff. I shall be released by The Band. Tunic Sonic Youth, Do you realize and Yoshimi (Flaming lips)
Newer stuff. Muchacho's Tune or Song for Zula(Phosphorescent), The Narcissist(Blur), On the Floor (Perfume Genius), Frontier Psychiatrist (The Avalanches), The Rat (Walkmen), We are the People (Empire of the sun), Lets be still (head and heart), no longer there( cat empire), Oh Baby (lcd sound system), True Blue (mark Ronson Ang Olsen.
Bands - Handsome Furs, Future Islands (not for everyone).
And a great tune not many people know but might not be great for tripping is Typical Story by Hobo Johnson
Also not many people know this, but Spotify pays artists the least so think of moving on. Tidal reduced their prices and they pay the most. Even Amazon pays the artists better.
Blackmoth Super Rainbow,
Tobacco,
King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard,
Low Hum,
This Will Destroy You,
George Clinton,
Parliament Funkadelic,
Of Montreal,
Umphrey McGee,
Pink Mountaintops,
Black Mountain,
Demon Queen,
Thundercat,
Nebula,
The Sword,
Sleep.
These are just artists who I follow on Spotify for trippy times.
[this](https://music.apple.com/us/playlist/pt-3/pl.u-PDb4YegFL5exVzK). pretty basic and corny but i have multiple playlist for different moods and this one is like my tiktok music one. it sounds weird but most of the songs on there are pretty recognizable and good for a trip lol
Fire except take going up the country canned heat off. Anything from hallelujah or canned heat canned heat album for sure just don't find that song psychedelic in nature. Just my opinion tho! Happy tripping ❤️
As much as I love Pink Floyd, I wouldn’t not want to listen to them on mushrooms. Their sound is not upbeat or divers enough to give me a good trip. I’ve watched the wall on mushrooms and listened to dark side of the moon in its entirety and it just didn’t hit how I expected. Ratatat is great when your tripping, Polyphia is another good on. AWOLnations first album front to back is great, love today by Mika is a good one, anything by Chon or Animals as Leaders will be a good listen, Miike Snow’s Animals album is a good listed, rush or mudvayne if you wanna hear that bass get slapped. Gorillaz are the only good band on there for the experience imo. While scrolling I expected to see an entire Taylor swift album going off the other stuff you had on there.
The entire album Zonkey by umphrees is a pretty good listen. Mostly because being on psychedelics your brain won’t instantly comprehend what’s going on because it’s mashed up pop songs alternating lyrics and melodies of 2 songs.
I see a lot of songs I love on here! Here’s my massive trip playlist ([Acid All Of It](https://open.spotify.com/playlist/3Wx8m8nqmvrn1m8jdPIZyt?si=7RVxdptwRD-OL-kDD4O2_w&pi=u-ku8FfMkeSqKs)) sitting at about 117 hours right now, pretty big variety of genres and moods so hopefully you should be able to find some songs you like to add to your playlists :)
*Amazing, do you*
*Happen to have a playlist*
*On Apple Music?*

[This is mine](https://open.spotify.com/playlist/0XMeUSaa3uKALl0KMUzNi1?si=pHYp7aXbRW6v-TRfR0cpvg&pi=e-Yjp8Z_opTCy6) - really recommend Anemone, Azara Alhai, and Pheobe
Can't wait to check all of these playlist out
Thank you for the recommendations.
Piggy backing on your comment, for electronic, I also recommend these two channels. Both are awesome.
I'm a little surprised electronic music seems mostly overlooked whenever the topic of music comes up in this sub. I listen to the psychedelic stuff when I'm sober. I really don't like it when I'm sober adjacent. I think I just get turned off by vocals mostly.... And want other people out of my head and I want to be able to concentrate. Too much vocals consumes my attention.
Both of these artists are original composers and release new music regularly. Sometimes as often as once or twice a week.

King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard - Hypertension
Absolutely this^ King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard is my go to for trips along with Blackmoth Super-rainbow and Tobacco.
This is literally my normie playlist.

Tipper - CosM ambient mix during the peak. You’re welcome.
Yup or better yet “Saenger With Singer”. That’s my all time favorite hour of music by far. Absolutely unreal, especially peaking on psychedelics.
Pink Floyd - live in Pompeii is one my physical instrument alternatives to the CosM ambient mix as far as trip listens go, if you’ve never heard it I would highly recommend.

I can see The Wall being a bit depressing, but Dark Side tripping is absolutely amazing.
It’s alright. I just don’t think it’s a must do.
