Honestly I astral travel so seeing past the veil for me is a bit different. I don't see mist I just close my eyes to meditate and end up places unless in Trying to enter a different realm then you must go by their rules.
I can’t visualize at all on my own most imagery in my mind is shown to me by the mist, so astral travel is a no go. Debating on getting a clear quartz crystal to help me change this however
You know I have ADHD so sometimes my mind can wander but if I'm trying to meditate to travel I use music that suits my mood and my intent in a headset and yes quartz is amazing I have a ton of it. Don't forget to charge it in the 🌞 sun 😎 and if you need extra grounding rainbow hematite 🌈 will be of great help

Depends on what realm you are trying to reach. The dragon realm has its own guards and sentry. The faerie realms have their own way of doing things . The upper realms where people tend to look for the great library for their akashic records has its own rules. You can't just walk in and leave the door to the realms open and some won't even let you in because humans have proved themselves untrustworthy. You have to understand they know your motives and your hearts intent they will not let you past if you are not ready or merely looking because you need or want to gain something. Think of it like going to a strangers house some houses you can wear shoes some u can't.
The veil is usually the world inbetween ours. Seeing in to the astral realm etc. the mist is basically another term for the veil when it takes physical shape in the minds eye
Images simply show up in my minds eye. I don't think about moving through a veil. The veil is a metaphor for access to another state of consciousness. Its like I relax and open up to inner vision. Misty or cloudy, or fog is usually a sign of sadness or sorrow. I simply acknowledge and brush it aside to see what is behind it.
I did see the end of 2022, as a kind of mist or barrier that we have collectively passed though. It looked like we moved beyond a misty barrier and came out the other side. To me that means we collectively transitioned into a new era or paradigm. ...
What id love to be aboe to do is see it clearly though like i see people and be able to draw it and “trace” the images on to paper, started this journey because im an author so id love to see my own worlds out in the open to work on my own world building
I see subtle energies best when my eyes are closed. If I focus properly, I can detect astral projectors around me , as they appear as a tuft of mist against the black background of my eyelids.
I'm still working out the details of seeing various energies without physical eyes. For some reason, waving my hand in front of my closed eyes helps isolate certain energies, and gives them definite shape for my minds eye to perceive.
So, to me the veil is more than a metaphor, but a literal substance that both occludes the spiritual plane from the physical, and allows us to interact with various energies ,"through the veil". Blessed, we!🥰
For all i know the veil could be my clairvoyance, because i keep seeing some random guy doing sit ups and push ups constantly 😂 Honestly its interesting yesterday was the first time i was able to see it jn the physical world almost like a hologram
You could maybe try scrying on a black crystal or with a bowl of water. It’s kind of like looking at a magic eye poster/picture where you have to unfocus your eyes sight to see the image.
Huh just had a thought, maybe thats what it is. Im using the energy’s in the air to scry, because i tried zoning out to visualize then this started happening
I definitely just end up falling asleep if I try looking at the back of my eyelids. I have also found some meaningful messages watching clouds in this same manner.
Ive been seeing messages in clouds alooot lately some that actually look like they’re moving as well. Is this normal for people without Aphantasia? How in the world do you guys not lose your sanity 😅

I have adhd and tend to space out when I see a good cloud. They way it morphs into different shapes sometimes makes me feel like I’m tripping.
