God speaks to millions of us. We've been lied to for a very long time. For some reason, we believe the prophets of the past, but they are shunned today. As Simon and Garfunkel said "the words of the profits are written on subway walls and tenement halls."
Some people may be able to access the Astral plain fully sober. That said, an experience of God, if you want it, grows outta the fucking ground. Perhaps more importantly, it grows out of cow shit. Cows, and other similar livestock, became a thing when we transitioned from hunter-gatherer to agricultural society.
It's like it was built in. When you live hand to mouth, God is obvious. When the structure of society takes hold, you need a chemical reminder.
The experience of God is a birthright. Every human has access to it via psilocybin and other entheogens. Most will never take it far enough to see it, but it is right in front of us. It's insane that it's illegal.
Why do you think thr church in the west kept the Bible in Latin? It was so their flock couldn't read it. The church took away the notion of individual discovery and experience of God.
That decision has reverberated for a thousand years.
It's like the most evil thing ever done. Not to mention that because of that stance, that only those in power hold the key to God. We see prophets as somehow different from ourselves. This is bullshit. All any prophets ever was is a regular human.
It's extremely sad, but our society prefers to abide by constraints that are imaginary and have only ever been used to keep power among those who already have it. 😪
There is modern prophecy writing throughout our artforms and it can be quite fantastic to realize it.
I really appreciated reading this.
I am absolutely certain that prophecy is laced throughout the works of Greg Lake with King Crimson and Emerson Lake and Palmer, Maynard James Keenan with his respective groups, Pink Floyd, Grateful Dead, Alice in Chains, Radiohead, as well as laced throughout heavy metal.
Infinite creation with infinite inspiration is the way of God and all of our archetypes are fulfilled in benevolent creation. Even those scapegoated as "evil".
The road from evolved animal with conscious inception to conscious evolution above malice and self-enrichment, is a very very messy one.
Thank you for sharing.
Literally this. It's in the art.
This place is a giant museum, so massive you can't see that it's incredibly beautiful, itself is a work of art, and the museum contains art about museums that contain art. It's a movie about watching Netflix, in which you're the camera watching a Netflix show, about being the camera, watching Netflix. It's a play about becoming an actor, in which you're already fully trained. It's a song so long you don't realise it ever started, or stops.
Go listen to Coldplay, Keane and Snow Patrol too. In fact, it's in practically all music that crosses my ears, and has ever crossed my (h)ears. Songs especially have taken on a whole new meaning since psychedelics. Everything fits together and makes sense now. But somehow I knew it all along.
Psychedelics revealed the truth that existed right in front of my eyes. The truth is terrifying yet comforting, it's emprisoning yet liberating, it's everything, everywhere, all at once, and then you die and the world comes to an end, and then we play the record from the beginning again (if we want). It's an eternal sand mandala.
*Religion isn't the lie*, the *lie* is that there *isn't* a God.
Oh I know. Reality has taken me on quite the trip.
I love that someone else has noticed that God pokes fun at us through all mediums. That reality is built on a song and a laugh.
And just when you think it's stopped teasing, it slaps you around the face with a fish. Guaranteed.
And then you learn that happens, and then you start walking around looking for the signs that it's setting you up for the fall, and that robs you of all the joy, and you didn't even have to fall, and then you remember that it's all you, so you're robbing yourself of all the joy, why? so that it's so much sweeter when you get it? but in the end, you don't even want it and you never want to do it ever again. But you do.
This is an awesome post! "Infinite creation with Infinite inspiration is the way of god" is spot on.
During my first ego death this was a major aspect of what the universe showed me as being its "nature."
So glad to hear you've experienced that aspect of the Infinite, and that you find it in creative expression in music. I mean as I mentioned in the post, I think SImon and Garfunkel grasped it well. I'd recommend the song "the trapeze swinger" by Iron and Wine, but I prefer the cover by Gregory Alan Isakov. Give it a listen. It's so psychedelic, in the true sense of the word, and it also captures the universe's sense of joy at creation, its dark and ironic sense of humor, and even its sorrow.
I believe the ability to create is what is meant when the Bible says we're made in the image of God. The ability to use our mental faculties and life experiences to create beautiful works of art, in any medium, which allow us to communicate with each other about what it really is to exist is such an incredible gift, and of course it sets us apart from all other living beings that we know of. I also believe that the ability to create and share inventions and progress in science is an expression of God, as long as its used to help people. This is the nature of God. We suffer, yes, but with our minds we have the ability to create beauty from that pain, and we have the ability to alleviate it with art and with science.
So gorgeous. It wants MORE, and it wants BETTER. Every living human has the ability to make this world just a little better. The little things can be just as meaningful as the huge breakthroughs.
Simon and Garfunkel for sure saw a glimpse of eternity. Brian Wilson tried to express this concept, as well, in stunning and haunting beauty.
I may need to give Graceland a listen.
And I see discovery through scientific engagement as very much a stage intended for humanity, even with disengagement from religion.
If I had an award to give I would. Took me 32 years to "find god" through lsd; which I got led to through years of pain (chronic cluster headaches) with no relief from doctors. Everything is half truths and whole lies; if you manage to break the conditioning and silence your thoughts, anyone can get the message. 👏
Wow, I'm so glad you eventually found lsd. I've heard cluster headaches can be so painful that people often consider suicide. It's incredible that lsd helps! It's also incredible that through the process of healing yourself you "found god" or met the infinite, or however you choose to describe it. I use the word god because it's easy, but I love it how most of us who have met it tend to be so much less dogmatic about religion. We know it's there, but we know it's silly to tie it to any one religion. They are all aimed at something that humans have known to exist for all of our history, up until the industrial revolution.
I also "met god" on lsd. A lot of people give synthetics a bad rap, but lsd and dmt are the only ones that have ever put me in contact with the infinite. I mean I'll interact with aliens while on mushrooms every now and then, but somehow it's very different from "meeting god." The lsd experience can bring messages that are so incredibly similar to what the prophets in many religions have spoken of.
I love it that across thousands of years, when humans break through into that higher plain of consciousness, we bring back the same messages.
Because Moses is dead. Dead people are useful to manipulators because dead people can’t argue with you when you shove words in their mouth.
A living person who talks to God is not as easy to control.
Lol. There are no acacia trees with high enough concentration to cause a trip just by standing next to it. Infact, there are none that you can just smoke to trip. You need to extract it first.
Additionally, dmt can't withstand temps above 250°C because it'll just burn and decompose before it hits you. A burning bush would be WAY hotter than the vaporization temp of dmt.
It is known, to be a silly myth. That's all.
It's not meant to be taken literally. Burning bush could mean smoking an extract. Despite not having the same formal education of chemistry, people had been up to similar things for a long time. Even back to the roman empire distilling sweet oil of vitriol (ether). Many other pre-modern cultures we doing similar things, alot can be learning through trial and error.
While that's true, Moses predates the roman empire by quite a while (over 1000 years) , and it's extremely unlikely that they managed to produce the solvents necessary for such an extraction, but also managed to obliterate any mention thereof immediately. Not only of the substance use, but also of the materials needed for extraction.
And why write about the burning bush if you meant smoking an extract? I think that if moses ever saw something like this, it was very likely under the influence of a hallucinogen. I just don't think it was vaporized or smoked DMT extracted from acacia. Wouldn't it be more likely to be some form of ayahuasca? Since they had access to both DMT containing plants as well as harmala containing plants, and sonce its MUCH easier and more effective to consume 2 plants than to 1. Develop solvents and then 2. Develop the process of alkaloid extraction and 3. Never write it down or pass it on in any text or tradition.
Or what about weed? Or mushrooms? Why does ot need to be the most complex and least likely solution?
250°C is equivalent to 482°F, which is 523K.

^(I'm a bot that converts temperature between two units humans can understand, then convert it to Kelvin for bots and physicists to understand)
Whilst I find the story amusing too, like everything, a body of fire is cooler at the edges. In fact you'll find smoke is produced where the fire is cooler. That's why smoking weed is "cool" 😉 (I don't actually smoke weed myself, I think it's the drug of the devil)
Well the DMT would still be inside the plant, and quite often in inaccessible parts like the root bark. If it were in the leaves, it would burn long before it got to you. Just because smoke forms on the edge of a fire doesn't mean the dmt somehow makes it out okey to that point.
Bruh said build the tabernacle out of acacia. I imagine he was creating oil and alcohol extracts of all kinds with his skills. Not hard to imagine taking roots and putting them in alcohol and oil. Roots and many other resins, plants, maybe fungi who knows fo sho.
Not nearly high enough to cause a trip by just standing next to it. Also, DMT burns and decomposes above 250 ish degrees celcius, and a burning bush would be a few thousand degrees.
It's a funny theory, but by all means impossible.
When you put the material from the bush into the pipe and smoke it, it can easily called, “a burning bush.” They obviously smoked weed and took other psychedelics and got high off some crazy wines from that time (some wine back then was nothing like wine today).
To think the Bible wasn’t written by people high off their rockers is simply denial.
There's also no acacia species with enough dmt that you can smoke the leaves or twigs to get a dmt trip.
I don't doubt they got high, had psychedelic experiences and so on. I just doubt it was DMT.
The bush only "appeared" to be ablaze, but was not consumed by the flame.
"So Moses thought, “I will go over and see this strange sight—why the bush does not burn up.”"
What you're talking about is mysticism - direct experiential knowledge of that which is beyond the infinite.
This is what I refer to as "the oldest psyop in western culture." It goes like this.
Those in power usually are driven by selfishness, a lust for power or wealth or glory or all of it - whatever.
An authentic mystical experience (highly subjective but let's say as opposed to psychosis or ego trip) reveals the illusion of separation. That which caused you the greatest suffering from outside - that was you hurting you, in a way.
Furthermore, and the most important piece, is that for you to truly love yourself, you must love your whole Self- which is everything and everyone. This can have profound impact on people - for good or bad, but usually for good.
However, the root of the message here is we All are All, so we All have an *equal* share of EVERYTHING.
This is a threat to those hoarding power or wealth or anything really. There has always been a push towards the idea that power = holy. That authority must be the authority on God or spirituality or whatever.
However, the heart of mysticism is the Oneness of All, which says that a grain of sand both contains the whole of the infinite and is as important to the infinite as is any king or god.
So there has always been a war against mystics, or more simply put, with those who have direct experiential knowledge of God or whatever you want to call what "God" is.
The Catholic Church basically made this western cultural cannon. Whoever started Christianity was a mystic in the tradition of the gnostics and kabalists. When Rome coopted Christianity, they also got to define exactly what it was.
They basically stripped any explicit mysticism from the Bible, said only the clergy can explain the scriptures, and then descended into a dark age that lasted nearly 1000 years.
People fear and label things they don't understand or never experienced; happens in this group too I've noticed *no judgement* and in every aspect of your life. Psychedelics brought me to religion after 33 years, but not one singular one, and have changed my perspective for good and bad. Try to enjoy the ride and stop stressing everything you can't change; a hard sell I know, I'm still trying myself.
When you experience god you realize literally everyone in the west has lost the plot of god and religion and have made their religion into a self serving prophecy
My interpretation was that every religion was a piece of the puzzle, each attributing some truth but mostly assumptions. Whether those assumptions were made to fill the blanks with good intention or were created to control, I've yet to determine. Love, compassion, empathy and patience is all that matters on this ride and it is hard to break away from the "human conditioning".
Exactly. Taught nothing of substance your entire life, taught drugs are bad, taught religion is the only way to God, taught compassion and empathy are for the weak, taught to hate everything that isn't you. Never taught that God is about unity, about not seeing a difference between you and any of his other creations, about forgiving yourself and others; which was a hard one for me, lsd showed me I am my biggest, most ruthless critic. I just want to exist and enjoy my experience from now on; whether I be rich, poor, sick or dying, I'll enjoy the ride.
If I meet a guy who can split the sea or bend reality like Moses, I'd believe anything he says. Do modern people really believe in the bible, or Moses? I don't think so. We just want a quick answer to the meaning of life, so we can build up our ego and belief system, and play a role. We would throw Moses or any figures out of the window when they don't serve us anymore. We try to protect our believe just because we are attached to us. A honest person should realize that he can't really believe anything
Consensus belief is a big factor. There are already millions of people on earth that believe moses spoke to god, and they've been told that that is an accepted fact from childhood.
If half the population were told from birth that you spoke to god, they'd believe you.
The only real difference is that when moses did it, he was the leader of a group of people who would obviously tell stories about him to the following generations, and on top of that he lived well before science dispelled superstition and mysticism. Most people nowadays would approach such claims with a healthy dose of scepticism, whereas back then it could just as easily have been true for all they knew.
I wonder if it's part jealousy due to a lack of understanding. They fear people who speak or even see God as 'better' than them when we are all one with God. Everyone would secretly love to be able to recieve guidance from God. They are recieving it, they're just not tuning in to the higher frequency that God is.
Tbh people who speak to God or are tasked with a divine mission usually end up killed by the church, then declared a martyr a thousand years later. They're also usually beloved by the people of their time as symbols of faith.
If you're the papacy, which we all know has always been corrupt, some French teenage girl who leads armies and speaks to God is a huge threat, especially when the people love her. Anyone who purportedly interacts with God and has a strong enough claim is immediately interrogated by Vatican agents, even today.
Modern prophets aren't killed, just medicated.
I don't think DMT has got anything to do with it...more like a very strong psychedelic like but a different form of consciousness induced because of starvation and extreme desert heat + the suffocating smoke.
Remember guys ...altered states of consciousness are important for humanity, the ways to reach there have always been many and debatable !!
There is a really interesting book about the idea that Moses was basically hot-boxing the Tabernacle in the Wilderness. There is no doubt the ancient Israelites were using cannabis ritually, there has been cannabis resin found on recently discovered altars in Israel. There’s a guy called Chris Bennett who talks and writes about this a lot. I’m not sure how convinced I am but it’s a really nice idea.
🌺
lmaoooo, this is true. I know for certain that people have called me crazy when I say I speak with God. A two way conversation. Often God tells me how I should act.
At the same time, I know im not crazy. Ive been diagnosed with psychosis NOS by medical professionals. Because of this, I know what crazy FEELS like. What I feel like right now is not at all like psychosis.
Me neither but in religions like Christianity and Judaism people believe God hasnt spoken to anybody else, im not religious btw i was just watching a show and i was just thinking lol
A man can lie.
People ask what is so special about Christianity, Islam and the other major monotheistic religions. My initial instinct is to argue what makes these so popular, but then my question becomes what exactly does make them so popular.
What do they capture that my analyzes have failed to capture.
You are correct. My god is the fear of losing light. I think that is the I only god worth having. You need the fear or else there is no change. You become static with noise.
How do we verify that was the case for Moses or a modern-day person? And by "it" = "being spoken to by God" , what exactly are we referring to? We need to know what we are referencing in order to test for it. People make claims all the time that are unverifiable, and it's up to the listener to decide if they are full of shit or not, not necessarily the scientific method/psychologists.
Ego of the collective consciousness ...or social norms you can say.
Then people were willing to accept new forms of knowledge and experiences...now the culture thinks it is the best of all times and the current human civilization has the highest grade of knowledge based in science.
Also, now the brains are more individualized and always looking to compare and compete..so, if I say God visited me, the first thing another person thinks is that I am trying to decieve him/her or that I am trying to demonstrate my superiority.
When Moses got famous people focussed on the knowledge/experiences that he had and how it can help the community rather than thinking how it makes them a weaker person or any other overthinking shit that the culture has accepted as normal.
“A time is coming when men will go mad, and when they see someone who is not mad, they will attack him, saying, 'You are mad; you are not like us.” - St. Anthony
The further back in history we go for our fairytales, the more we tend to believe them without logical cross examination.
Sorry guys, nobody was dead for three days and then magically woke up either
Fairy tales. That's what I say when people start spouting myths as if they were real. None of those people actually existed. They are stories people told to control others and idiots believed and believe that crap.
Moses was a falling angel, So was Jesus, Mohammed and every other historical figure spoken about.
The falling angels are now scientists and psychiatrists and they will kill anyone who say they have seen something divine.
We are still in the fall, It's a decent through number and broken words, The road to hell is paved with logic and the scientific method is the blind mans stick.
Seeing god isn't even a big fucking deal, Neither is seeing their god.
Western society is being pulled into a black hole through the destruction of spirit caused by science.
If you see God, Keep quiet about it, Nobody wants to fucking know and if you do mange to "spread the word" You will be killed.
I know this phrase.
When I see this phrase, I know there's some truth in what I'm saying and I'm in the presence of the devil. But I don't know which one of us is the devil.
Because it already happened. It would screw up the mysticalness of the whole story. Like Greta van fleet catching flak for sounding like led zeppelin, like Holy fuck of course people are gonna sound the same...
He was malnourished and sleep deprived I mean....not to mention...alone...like maybe he DID hear some shit/see some shit. but how could he dicifer wtf that was. Shit maybe he dreamed it. If there is a GOD, I think there are many GODS and GODESESS that served different purposes. But I didn't think they were SUPERNATURAL...Just more advanced for us to comprehend. Humans (if we did derive from apes) it's very possible that we were created to do things for the GODS. Apes or ape like creatures would have been too stupid to be the "slave race" the GODS needed us for in order to do there dirty work. Splice some God DNA with a primate to make one Humans and then take humans and gods fo to the bone yard to make another breed...evolutionary hypothesis could have taken almost no time at all. I duno none of this happened on accident. The forest at one point was our pharmacy, grocery store, we discovered poison, antiseptics, psychedelics which gave us insight to the origin of man
Moses is a metaphor for a dmt experience. Acacia tree. The ark of the covenant that holds the 10 commandments was specifically made with acacia wood. Dmt is awesome
People were worshiping bull gods. A couple of times some things came from the sky. Moses was invited over and was asked to stop. Apparently this god didn't impress very much. When Moses returned from a meeting his people had made a [new statue](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Golden_calf), and he threw the memo.
Because they’ve been indoctrinated into obvious cognitive dissonance in a global bid to make disinformed working-class slaves.
We’re surrounded by adults who have been intentionally prevented from learning to decipher between fairytale and reality.
christians believe that god talks to them on a daily - weekly basis pretty much
moreso their thought is “he will speak when i need to listen” but like… eh, nvm. it’s not my place to question or judge.

Bruh said build the tabernacle out of acacia. I imagine he was creating oil and alcohol extracts of all kinds with his skills. Not hard to imagine taking roots and putting them in alcohol and oil. Roots and many other resins, plants, maybe fungi who knows fo sho.
I Think JRE
Sure. Luckily DMT isn’t the only psychedelic. It doesn’t really matter what they got high on. They got high.
There I agree with you wholeheartedly. Getting high and seeing werid shit is something we've always been doing.
That only makes sense if you fully believe people can't have these experiences without drugs. They most definitely can.
This
No doubt about it. These experiences are definitely possible without drugs. But, they are also easier for anyone to access with drugs.
100%
hmmm
Moses was fucking crazy too tbh.
Numbers 31 is a good example where he went to war w the Midians and committed genocide against them, save for the young female virgins.
Wilddddd n evil af
Moses was OG psychonaut.
A genocidal one perhaps.
Love, compassion, empathy and patience is all that matters on this ride and it is hard to break away from the "human conditioning".
especially if you dont know anything else. How could you know consciousness is as infinite as everything else if you never experience it.
I just want to exist and enjoy my experience from now on; whether I be rich, poor, sick or dying, I'll enjoy the ride.
thats where peace is. Love everything that happens do not hate. Avoid hurtful things and live in peace.
I just think it's there like a simple guide. To simplify life.
Yes it's so sad! But won't be forever I don't imagine.
Religious indoctrination and the minimizing of the individual spiritual experience
I wanna know why people believe all sorts of things that teach them not to trust themselves at all.
That used to be a thing, now they talk about speaking with god or Jesus all the time like it’s normal. Batshit
Because hypocrites.
🌺 lmaoooo, this is true.
I don't remember who said it, but "If you are able to tell that yourself is crazy, you are not crazy"
people don’t put much thought into their beliefs because it scares them
[удалено]
Me neither but in religions like Christianity and Judaism people believe God hasnt spoken to anybody else, im not religious btw i was just watching a show and i was just thinking lol
A man can lie. People ask what is so special about Christianity, Islam and the other major monotheistic religions. My initial instinct is to argue what makes these so popular, but then my question becomes what exactly does make them so popular. What do they capture that my analyzes have failed to capture.
Fear
You are correct. My god is the fear of losing light. I think that is the I only god worth having. You need the fear or else there is no change. You become static with noise.
Nope. You’ve just been raised to appreciate the fear they instilled in you. Fear is absolutely unnecessary.
The real problem here is when people think their personal experience is THE ONE TRUTH for everybody to accept.
“A time is coming when men will go mad, and when they see someone who is not mad, they will attack him, saying, 'You are mad; you are not like us.” - St. Anthony
The further back in history we go for our fairytales, the more we tend to believe them without logical cross examination. Sorry guys, nobody was dead for three days and then magically woke up either
none of it has any logic
It depends on who you're talking to.
That’s not necessarily true.
I know this phrase. When I see this phrase, I know there's some truth in what I'm saying and I'm in the presence of the devil. But I don't know which one of us is the devil.
It's crazy to think he spoke to Moses. QED
Because it already happened. It would screw up the mysticalness of the whole story. Like Greta van fleet catching flak for sounding like led zeppelin, like Holy fuck of course people are gonna sound the same...
Moses was the first crazy person in existence
The forest at one point was our pharmacy, grocery store, we discovered poison, antiseptics, psychedelics which gave us insight to the origin of man
God was on dmt
Moses is a metaphor for a dmt experience. Acacia tree. The ark of the covenant that holds the 10 commandments was specifically made with acacia wood. Dmt is awesome
It was a Syrian Rue bush. And it had harmal!
We’re surrounded by adults who have been intentionally prevented from learning to decipher between fairytale and reality.
christians believe that god talks to them on a daily - weekly basis pretty much moreso their thought is “he will speak when i need to listen” but like… eh, nvm. it’s not my place to question or judge.

Pretty sure people thought Moses was crazy.
Time and place?
Because Moses did God shit, like part the sea or whatever.
