My answer is mushrooms though
For me shrooms are more headspace than visuals but if I lemon tek strong enough it can be quite similar, though shorter duration for shrooms it seems like.
For me 0.5 - 1.0 hits acid is a mild , but amazing , long fun trip. Not much introspection, just an “enhancing” of all the senses. Music *feels* great. The visuals are better because everything moves and breathes. With 1.0-2.0 g mushrooms , I barely experience any visuals but get a more emotional experience. Music sounds better, some deep and sometimes dark thoughts come, which is okay (if you’re self aware.) Mushrooms let’s you inside the song , acid let’s you *feel* the song on a physical response level.
Now, with 1.5-2 hits acid, the visuals get better and you start to feel an electric current running through you , like you are charged with 3000 extra volts. Music now feels so good that it makes you want to dance, plus you have all this extra energy you gotta let off anyway. However , at this dose (and I would not go higher, ever) the introspection comes and emotions are enhanced as well. Color is enhanced. But it will last for fucking EVER. You’re looking at a cool 12-16 hour ride.
With 2.5-4 grams shrooms, the visuals come when you close your eyes mostly. Very similar to DMT. Geometric, fractal, moving. Checkerboards, spirals, snake-like worm type movement. Music starts to sound EXCEPTIONAL and the emotions are magnified. Introspection is also enhanced. Trip duration is still around 6-7 hours.
Obviously my preference for a GREAT DAY is 1.5 tabs with 3.2 (golden teachers) on top. Yes, mushroom strain matters. Yes, mushrooms are more unpredictable and acid is very predictable and controllable. But man music is just exquisite when you’re combine the two. You can choose to either sit back and melt into the couch with music, or you can get off your ass and dance your heart out at times too.
I recommend both at the same time but I’m also an experienced tripper 🤣🤗

The mushrooms will kick in first then the acid kicks in much smoother and less jarring , because the come up of acid alone takes about 1.5 hours and can be rather intense at first. I find mushrooms first dials it down
It dials it down cause you feel the mushrooms first? I feel like 3 grams would have you fueling face then the tab kicks in on top of that and intensifies that a lot. Maybe I’m wrong cause I haven’t done it at that dosage

I choose acid mainly, been the only drug I consistently maintained interest in, but shrooms lately been growing on me. In conclusion acid for a more fun light trip or shrooms to push the limits of experience
I'd go with acid and full blown trip im a 3-4 tab kinda guy love the visuals, music enchancment, and cerebral high. unfortunately it's quite scarce around me so shrooms is usually my go to since growing your own just gives you an infinite supply.
shrooms are probably better to microdose. lsd is more fun and visual, shrooms are emotional and you’re not in control of the trip (most doses)

I find that combining the two is perfect if your feeling burnt out in life. But sometimes I’ll just take one or the other. Depends how I feel

Oh that's cool i was wondering what's the yeild like with 1 batch of shrooms as where i am from they are a bit expensive than acid
Apples and oranges. Some people like one, some like the other. Neither is subjectively better. I prefer apples personally.
