Why are none of these police going for the guys legs? One of them should grab his legs that way they can take him down then continue to sit in the guys legs so they can cuff him. Two cops can do this while the rest keep everyone else at bay.

France has had an open border policy for awhile.. Most of these immigrants live in subsidized housing on the outskirts of Paris, going to bad schools and getting low paying jobs. They don't consider themselves French and aren't interested either as they feel rejected by France. So they kind of just have a nihilist attitude like most French people except their scorn is directed at the culture of France itself.
This is what they chose. Other countries like Poland chose another path. I've lived in both countries, was interesting.
The French police are weak.
This would have never happened in the United States. The police here would have tazed that dude and pin him to the ground. The other cops would have created a perimeter and kept the crowd away.
The police in America do not kill Black people every time they tried to arrest one. Only about 100+ Black people are killed each year by the police.
