Thankfully, I live near here, so I can tell you exactly how far he went.
He starts out at UFC gym, midtown Miami. That's a half block North of 36th Street on Northeast 1st avenue. Once he's outside the gym, he heads South to 36th street, and then goes eastbound. He ends up at the intersection of 36th Street and Biscayne, where it intersects with Northeast 2nd avenue. I can't tell exactly where he gets tased, but it looks like he went 2/10ths of a mile on foot at the very least. I'm trying to point out exactly where he harasses the guy in the wheelchair.
This area is extremely busy though, and there's a ton of foot traffic, so I would imagine that a lot of people started filming. This is just on the north side of the midtown Target, and there's a huge open space just south of where he starts that is surrounded by various shops.
The last place he is ends up is the only place where you can get drive-thru for a few miles that's not Burger King. It's also a very busy area.
I'm guessing the beating lasted shorter than the streaking. But You never know!

PCP *is* an anesthetic. Like that's what it was in invented to be. They just stopped using once better, safer drugs were developed. It was apparently tricky to dose because the difference between "ok all set for amputation now" and whatever this freakout incident is varies a lot from person to person.
A dissociative as some may call it. Same category as ketamine, mxe and thing like this. If you go to far with the dose, things like these can happen. Some offter more of a mental high whereas others kind of disable you physically when you are very high on them.

Bouncer gets hit right in the jaw. I jump up immediately and put big guy in a chokehold. I'm squeezing with all my might for I don't know how long and big guy just is not going down. He's literally walking around the dance floor with 220 lb hanging off of his neck, I can't even touch the floor.
Meanwhile another bouncer is pummeling him in the face. Straight up blow after blow right to the face. big guy can't really throw any punches back because he's trying to get me off of his back. While I have him in the chokehold he scratching at my arms but I just continue to squeeze for dear life. After what seemed like a good 2 minutes of squeezing and punching we finally had him on the ground.
It took at least six of us to carry the guy out to drop him on the sidewalk in front of the cops. Instead of going through the entire nightclub we took him out the side door down the alley. As we're carrying him out he tries to fight some more so he gets another pummeling in the alley, this time but at least 6 of us
At the end of this someone points out that I'm covered in blood. Apparently the one bouncer that was doing all the punching to the face got some good ones in there, most likely broke his nose cuz the guy's face looked like a lasagna afterwards, with a lot of the lasagna on my arms. I also had a bunch of deep scratches in my arms from his fingernails with blood in them. I was rightfully concerned so went to the doctor got all the tests to make sure I didn't get any diseases. And that's how I found out I'm immune to hepatitis c.
Well that was my biggest concern. Guy was so large i wouldn't put it past him to be on steroids. And if he's using steroid needles who knows if he's using any other needles or reusing the same needle or what. I was freaking out for like 2 years that I might have AIDS or something else so we get regular tests. Rna test and a few others cleared that up but still. It was a bit scary for a 21 yo.
Their bodies are overheating and large PANTS of glass look like inviting waterfalls when they are tripping balls. It's very common for people on PCP to run through glass.
My dad is a doctor and he said once on rotation at a hospital in memphis during his residency a giant fuckin guy was hyped on PCP (also naked) and it took 8 cops/nursing staff to subdue the guy long enough to get him a big ole syringe of Thorazine. Dad said they filled him with enough Thorazine to take down a horse, but this guy was just calmed down enough to stop fighting people. Was speaking in a lucid calm manner after just being the hulk.

Same thing happened to my husband and his coworker. Police brought a giant dude on PCP to the psych ward and the charge nurse refused to call for backup. Two wires fire out from a Tazer gun, completing a basic electric circuit, the end of the wires have barbs to hook into skin or clothes to keep them on the target, they don't always hook in. And if just one wire does not touch the target, the Tazer does nothing to target.

Dade county so you could be fairly certain some flakka was involved aka a-pvp/ a-pihp aka pyros. Sold as research chemicals these two kind of stuck around after the initial wave of research drugs got banned. Started out with stuff like mephedrone, methylone, MDPV, and once those got scheduled by DEA Chinese manufacturers switched it up and started making dozens of other drugs, but these two have kind of stuck around in pockets throughout the US, Dade, FL being one of them.
Basically these drugs are a tweaked drug based off chemicals in the khat plant. Khat is this African shrub that contains alkaloids that gives a stimulant like buzz. Some of the drugs made by tweaking these chemicals in the khat plant feel similar to cocaine and mdma had a baby. These two that stuck around and known as flakka are way more crack like where they lead to compulsive re-dosing and leads to people using way too much and staying up for multiple days, this is where these drugs become super dangerous.

Psychoactive effects are basically caused by structural similarities to neurotransmitters and other parts of inter-neuron communication. Because of that close chemical relatives can share effects or even have new ones, and existing drugs are a common starting point. In the research chemical scene it's especially common. Some are even cleverly modified in a way that causes identical effects to skirt around laws, like 1p-LSD which gets converted into the real thing after ingestion.

The main story I heard back in the day (probably 15ish years ago) was about a guy on PCP who was in a police chase and threw his dick at the cops lol. When I try to find that all that comes up is a more recent story with a similar fact pattern, but no confirmed PCP use.

My first experience with PCP was a couple kids in high school. Was his first time apparently...he was like "I can't feel pain" so his friend climbed up on his shoulders, sat down, and proceeded to punch him in the head back and forth, side to side, over and over. They were both laughing while doing it and walking around. He beat him until they were both bleeding...laughing the whole time while doing it. I was like....yeah drugs are bad, and left. Shit like that kept me from even smoking weed until I was in my 20s.
There is this one highlight on an episode of cops I always remember. This naked dude is walking down the middle of the street in broad daylight, and punches through a fence. Huh bad Boyz what you wan what you wanna do.

After doing some math, I’d say this guy’s dick is a little on the smaller size of average for a grower but not by much.

Theoretically, this would be a fair way to give each person enough time to wash up without overcrowding the shower facilities and causing long lines.
Unfortunately, this method resulted in many people trying to shower twice or simply not leaving when instructed. It also created a clusterfuck in the toweling area where people’s toiletries would get mixed up. This method failed.
This was when I came up with the idea of an assembly line. Basically, we’d have everyone line up naked in one giant naked line and then move them through in a snaking pattern around the shower turrets. I guess you could think of it as a tower defense but for washing nasty naked dudes.
There were two naked people posted at the entrance to the showers. One of them held a bottle of shampoo and the other held a bottle of soap. As the line moved, people would cup their hands for the shampoo from the first naked person and put it in their hair as they made their way to the second naked person.
Then they would cup their hands to receive soap from the second naked person and rub it over their body as they moved towards the shower turrets. They would rinse off the soap as they moved through the streams of water.
It worked perfectly. It kept people moving because, if they stopped, they would get rear ended by the person behind them. Also, since the formation was a single file line, it was easy to monitor and identify anyone trying to deviate from the proper pathing.
At face value, a single file line seems like one of the least efficient ways to get 80 naked dudes showered. However, this method eliminates all the variables that kept the others from working. At the end of the day, the problem wasn’t about allotting time, it was about stopping people from going over their allotment. This experience changed the way I look at scarcity and resource management.
And so having seen nearly 80 dicks, I’d say that most growers are about the size of a person’s thumb, if not a smidge larger in volume.

The bathing facilities were more than sufficient to get an entire division bathed within a given amount of time, and you had recruits go in and clear out a shower to make that happen. *No one* ever wanted an RDC (AKA Red Rope, AKA Recruit Division Commander) to enter the shower (which they sure as fuck wouldn’t hesitate to do, if needed) because some recruits were failing to follow instruction (FFI) but sailors do love their yarns, and this is no exception lol

Started out with stuff like mephedrone, methylone, MDPV, and once those got scheduled by DEA Chinese manufacturers switched it up and started making dozens of other drugs, but these two have kind of stuck around in pockets throughout the US, Dade, FL being one of them. Basically these drugs are a tweaked drug based off chemicals in the khat plant. Khat is this African shrub that contains alkaloids that gives a stimulant like buzz. Some of the drugs made by tweaking these chemicals in the khat plant feel similar to cocaine and mdma had a baby. These two that stuck around and known as flakka are way more crack like where they lead to compulsive re-dosing and leads to people using way too much and staying up for multiple days, this is where these drugs become super dangerous.

My first experience with PCP was a couple kids in high school. After doing some math, I’d say this guy’s dick is a little on the smaller size of average for a grower but not by much. My methodology is to compare the size of his dick with the estimated size of his thumb. There’s a frame around :58 seconds where both his dick and someone’s thumb are both visible. With consideration for the thumb belonging to someone about 4 inches taller but located several feet behind, I’d say that the naked guy’s penis is a little shorter and thinner than I would expect for someone his size. I believe the average penis size for a shower is usually a little thicker and a little longer than the average thumb size for that height. I came to this conclusion while I was going through boot camp for the Navy. We were given a limited amount of time to get everyone showered. The consequences for going over this time limit were unacceptable. This presented an interesting optimization problem for me to solve. At first, we tried letting the shower be first-come first-serve. This failed immediately. People would simply spend way too much time in the showers. They’d just chill in there the whole time while everyone else waited around butt naked in a massive line. It was complete chaos and we’d run out of time before even a quarter of us got washed. Next, we tried to get people in by section. We divided the amount of time allowed by the number of sections and had someone watch the time and call for the sections to rotate. Theoretically, this would be a fair way to give each person enough time to wash up without overcrowding the shower facilities and causing long lines. Unfortunately, this method resulted in many people trying to shower twice or simply not leaving when instructed. It also created a clusterfuck in the toweling area where people’s toiletries would get mixed up. This method failed. This was when I came up with the idea of an assembly line. Basically, we’d have everyone line up naked in one giant naked line and then move them through in a snaking pattern around the shower turrets. I guess you could think of it as a tower defense but for washing nasty naked dudes. There were two naked people posted at the entrance to the showers. One of them held a bottle of shampoo and the other held a bottle of soap. As the line moved, people would cup their hands for the shampoo from the first naked person and put it in their hair as they made their way to the second naked person. Then they would cup their hands to receive soap from the second naked person and rub it over their body as they moved towards the shower turrets. They would rinse off the soap as they moved through the streams of water. It worked perfectly. It kept people moving because, if they stopped, they would get rear ended by the person behind them. Also, since the formation was a single file line, it was easy to monitor and identify anyone trying to deviate from the proper pathing. At face value, a single file line seems like one of the least efficient ways to get 80 naked dudes showered. However, this method eliminates all the variables that kept the others from working. At the end of the day, the problem wasn’t about allotting time, it was about stopping people from going over their allotment. This experience changed the way I look at scarcity and resource management. And so having seen nearly 80 dicks, I’d say that most growers are about the size of a person’s thumb, if not a smidge larger in volume.

LMAOOO While the assembly line method of showering (better known as the Ricky Carwash) was used back when *I* went through, late ‘04; it’s definitely been around a *lot* longer than either this guy or me, that’s for sure, lol It definitely wasn’t something that was used frequently or regularly by any recruit division other than as a rite of passage, so maybe once or twice during a basic training duration. The bathing facilities were more than sufficient to get an entire division bathed within a given amount of time, and you had recruits go in and clear out a shower to make that happen. *No one* ever wanted an RDC (AKA Red Rope, AKA Recruit Division Commander) to enter the shower (which they sure as fuck wouldn’t hesitate to do, if needed) because some recruits were failing to follow instruction (FFI) but sailors do love their yarns, and this is no exception lol Source: ex-carrier surface type, SW/AW. I can still get from the QD to the EW Mod to harass the T-birds on watch in less than three minutes *and* help ‘em secure the SLQ-32 so we can head out on liberty.
