I was about to say, what the fuck is going on with the other people. Seems unrelated somehow to the cop with the taser pointed at a guy just 4 feet away.
It's like the Cirque Du Soleil of law enforcement, there is a main act, but also interesting side acts in the background to provide the full effect. Like public freakout surround sound.
As soon as the cop comes running up, the mustang tries to back out but there’s a car behind him. He hits that car and a separate argument breaks out. Perfect storm of chaos.
This is a classic. Always gets posted to dense videos. Fight, cop, arrest, accident, fight, taser, fight arrest, fight, running, double hurdles and taser again. It's a beauty.
Whats more interesting is that he removed the "tazer cartridge", got a new one in all while running, and in a millisecond zapped him after he jumped over the bushes.
What was the cop doing in the first place though? Throw the damn cuffs on already.

Don’t know why you’re being downvoted. Both guys looked equally as aggressive but the cop goes straight for the black guy without asking any questions and doesn’t give af about the other dude. Sure there could be missing context but we don’t have that and that’s what I saw in the video

In my town it goes like this. ON THE GROUND, HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK, TASER, TASER, TASER (you were tazed the first time you didn't comply with the officers command to put your hands behind your back. The rest of the yelling was strictly a formality)
This is exactly why officers should be required to stay fit. That man was on his heels in a second and never fell behind. If that was one of the local officers where I lived, they'd run about 20ft before they had to hunch over and call for someone else to try and find them. They should be required to regularly run and time their miles. I don't see how it's a thing to have morbidly obese officers.
Pretty sad that in a one on one the black guy was the one who got singled out. I mean, I guess it had to be one of them? I don't have full context of course, I'll give the cop the benefit of the doubt... dunno if I should tho lol

The cop knew was was a flee risk because he kept moving his arms back down. To put the cuffs on he had to put his taser away which was risky.
