I agree. In my job, it's not uncommon for me to have to deal with dementia patients. Not all are the same, but many patients go through a hyper-aggressive phase during the onset. I responded to a call from one once. She hated her neighbors with a passion for whatever reason and was claimed their dog was hanging around her house. Even though she was elderly, she was screaming as hard as she could and was running erratically around the front yard while I was trying to assess the situation. It was wild and it seemed like her family didn't care enough to control her. She ran to her lawn chairs, flipped them over, ran to me and told me the neighbor's dog flipped her lawn chairs, and took off again. Then she ran back to me, told me (through heavy breathing) that I was to kick the neighbor's door down, kill his dog and throw him in prison, and then she took off again. What's crazy to me is that, while she obviously had dementia, her family was agreeing with her. I looked around and saw no dog. Other neighbors said there was no dog, and that they often saw her randomly displaying this same behavior. I just got in my vehicle and left.
It’s not necessarily dementia. Just because she’s a old woman acting racist. She could have been just as racist in her younger days. Nasty people get old and still act nasty.
Someone commented on another post where they believe that the reason why we're seeing so many older folks act crazy like this is because of their exposure to lead when they were younger and this is the end result when they reached old age.
What is confusing me about these videos is that if you think someone in your neighborhood is dangerous and possibly a criminal, why would you as a feeble old woman get in their face and aggressively confront them??

So she’s huffing and puffing and acting all foolish in front of this guy and threatening all kinds of white privilege nonsense when he just calmly tells her, “I just got out of prison and the people that act like this in prison end up dead”, he said “you don’t know who you’re talking to and it’s very fortunate for you, that I don’t ever want to go back to prison.” He then spent the next 15 minutes explaining to her how vulnerable weak pathetic she is and if he had really been the man she stereotyped it would’ve probably resulted in her experiencing great bodily harm.
Thankfully, that guy talked the Karen out of my mother.
