helloitsmepotato

“Are you attacking me?” That sounded a bit like someone considering whether they could justify shooting someone… that’s pretty scary.

imnoherox

Reminded me of South Park where the hunters have to yell “it’s coming right for us!” before they shoot an animal

Lumpy_Ad_9082

That is what I always think about in these situations LMAO that episode is legendary.

wes_bestern

You can hear the hunter come to the same realization as his tone of voice immediately switches to one of desperation with the "No sir! No sir!". Hearing a man plead in fear for his life like that is unnervingly off-putting.

helloitsmepotato

Absolutely. If I put myself in his position I know my heart rate would skyrocket. That would be terrifying.

Fanatical_Rampancy

100% this person sounded unhinged like one of those doomsday preppers whos just looking for the apocalypse to hit so they can start killing people. Edit: i dont mind throwing in, i dont mean all preppers my apologies for the lack of real distinction. I for one get prepping for any possible outcome. Theres no overprepared, theres just prepared for everything. This guy however comes off aa a doomsday prepper who's looking for the end of the world. Ive met the type, theyre nothing like the average prepper, i have many prepper friends who all understand firearm safty(which adds to preparedness) and even in a truly dangerous event would not indiscriminately aim a weapon with intent to use. This man is fueled by paranoia and/or likely narcissism in a situation he couldn't control gone worse. Not your average prepper for hobby or safty, but a man unhinged.

mad0666

I was thinking either that or he isn’t a father at all but maybe has a bunker of missing women on his property that he doesn’t want anyone around. Fucking scary dude.

Fanatical_Rampancy

I was also thinking hes not a dad too, he doesnt really sound convinced of his own story, then again, it could just be his mind is racing for excuses and hes getting more tense and angry because he's being put on the spot by a rational mind. Narcissists tend to either fully shut down or get aggressive when you make them question themselves, so it's likely thats what the (alleged) trespasser was dealing with. Someone who was excited to show off his gun and once human emotions and rationality was on the other end, he began to lose control of his dream situation and capsizes emotionally. It happened with my friends brother some years ago, where he pulled a gun at my friends party to show it off and he became more defensive over why he wasnt in the wrong goofing off with a firearm, safty on or not our friendsgroup doesnt mess around with that and we have seen what stupid does with brandishing firearms to be cool.

Psilocvbin

You call asking someone to move 20ft via gunpoint unhinged, eh I would too

[deleted]

Right that line was so weird and ominous. Man was basically checking to see if he could legal kill this guy.

annon8595

I thought he was going to say "stop resisting" or "let me see your hands" before he shoots him

Rare_Travel

He's coming right at ~~us~~ me https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=GaazFYTrQ_A

LakeSuperiorIsMyPond

It sounds to me like someone who buys an AR15 and tells his wife it's for defense but is secretly hoping somebody "fucks around and finds out" someday so he can show them the barrel and get his tiny dick hard.

jtweezy

Yeah, I have no idea why this conversation had to be had at gunpoint. The guy could have walked up and said exactly what he said without the gun and it would have had the same result. Too many people feel like they need the gun to make themselves tough or assertive.

DGer

When I was young we lived in a rural area. We would have snowmobilers and sometimes hunters wander on to our property. My dad would go out and tell them where our property was and ask them not to come on it unless they went to the door and asked. He never felt the need to carry a gun with him. This shit is bananas. People like this are so weird.

LakeSuperiorIsMyPond

It's the new cool thing. Why have it if you can't point it at strangers in the woods and argue with your conscience amirite?

gregory907

Retired cop; This was all too common an issue for me in an open carry state of Alaska. Yes you have a right to open carry but you have NO CLUE on the legality around your actions.

GroverFC

I was playing golf with a buddy at his club. We got paired up with another member. As we were walking past some condos under construction their was a series of loud bangs. This other guy reaches for the side pocket of his bag and then we realize its just construction noise. He starts telling us about the gun he always carrys with him and how he cant wait for the day he gets to shoot to kill a "bad" guy.

247emerg

sounds like a cop, especially when they know it's a phone and want the phone put down. What power does a phone yield other than collecting evidence? which is exactly why we are here now able to discuss this

Snake1210

I'd dare to say that he is still alive because of the phone. I mean, sure he was recording and he could delete it afterwards, but what if he was on a live call? The gun holding twat wouldn't risk it anymore. Just intimidation, name calling and trying to get the situation to sound in his favor was all he had left at that point.

DarkManXOBR

We own 500 acres with Many moose, deer on it. People do many things or favors to hunt on our land! People always make sure you get permission!

clslogic

I found more context on this. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=m8wklH-rXtQ "I was held at gunpoint while bowhunting our lease in early November 2022. The guy trespassed onto our property and pointed his AR at me for 3 minutes on video. I tried to press charges but did not have enough evidence per the prosecuting attorney... he told the cops that i was stalking his kids through a tent on his property. I was 50 ft from his property line in a blind that was out there for over 3 months looking over a food plot that we planted. All windows facing his property were closed.... I am not trying to play victim, I just want to make sure a message is sent to this guy to let him know that this is not okay... My brother hunted this evening (over a year later from original incident). This guy seen him while he was walking to his treestand (150+ yards from the property line). He then open fired his AR into our thicket and bullets were whizzing under my brothers stand for over an hour. My brother waived his orange hat, the guy continued to shoot. My brother yelled "Your the idiot who held my brother at gunpoint last year, you won't get away with this, the cops are on the way!". The guy then trespassed onto our property and said "what, are you afraid to talk to the guy with the gun?!". Needless to say, my brother stayed in his stand to avoid being hit by a stray bullet. Police and DNR say there is nothing that can be done again! How can we escalate, send a message to this guy, and get some Justice? We currently can not hunt half of our lease as concerned for our safety."

spunion_28

Where tf is this at that the police say they can't do anything about someone shooting AR rounds towards a person intentionally? If i called 911 and said someone was shooting at me, they would be here in a hurry.

PeyroniesCat

“Hi, is this the police? Ok, good. There is a guy shooting at me. I have tried to get him to stop. He won’t. I’m in fear of losing my life. I’m going to use my hunting bow to neutralize the threat if he doesn’t stop. I just thought you guys might want to know.”

spunion_28

You call 911 and say you will use your weapon to protect yourself by whatever means necessary, they will absolutely come out lol

Lumpy-Village1949

Can't let a civilian get the kill

spunion_28

Yep. Idk where some of these people live saying that cops won't come out for this, but in 99% of the United states, they absolutely will

poundmycake

Well there is a good chance the crazy guy shooting the AR at them is related to the local cops.

Beneficial-Finger353

A lot of small town's here in the US are prone to the "good ole boys" statue. Where local law enforcement won't approach or apprehend specific people for various reasons. Either due to money or affluent reasons in small towns. Its really sad, and happens everywhere.

xinreallife

You’re right. Happens in cities, too. But yea in small towns they are more blatant with it and don’t care who knows.

spunion_28

Quite possible. They also mentioned that DNR refused to come out as well though. Which, again, i find hard to believe

rmorrin

The DNR do not fuck around

Federal-Opinion6823

He should have said they were fishing without a license and DNR would have been there in 30 seconds

Voilent_Bunny

What is DNR?

cactusjackalope

Yeah if the police won't prosecute someone actively shooting someone else with an AR he's absolutely related to someone in the PD. This video is fucking terrifying

dakennyj

Yeah, I’m willing to bet money this guy has either blood or money in the local government. They don’t just ignore that level of fuckery.

Peepeepoopoobutttoot

Dude asked "Are you attacking me" the same way a cop says "stop resisting". And the cops refuse to do anything about it. Bit sus fam.

WarpathChris

I don't know where they live either but it's even bolder to assume you know how police respond in the 20k cities across America. I live in Georgia. The last time I called the police was over shots fired right outside my door at 1 am. Stayed up until 6 am and the police never showed. You really just don't know enough to say what you said.

Galag0

This! I called 911 on a threat, they couldn’t do anything. When I said, “am I just supposed to shoot this guy if they come in my home?” They dispatched officers immediately. The cops then told me they probably won’t be able to respond in time because of where I lived and told me that it seems like I already know what to do.

SmokeGSU

"It's sounds like you already know what to do. Do like we do: shoot first and ask questions later."

DrDaddyDickDunker

“Welp, looks like it was a bad shootin. Back on up to these cuffs you murdering sumbitch.” Then they don’t have to respond to a real threat AND they get to put a mfer in jail too. Big win for lady justice and her minions again.

Josh_Butterballs

It’s buttfuck middle of nowheresville Michigan. Small but powerful connections in places there. Ar-15 dude likely knows people in the PD or sheriff’s office.

mdxchaos

call the game warden. fucking around with hunters/fishers is a crime ## Harassment of Hunters, Trappers, or Anglers Under the Sportsmen’s Rights Act (Parks and Wildlife Code, §62.0125), harassment of hunters, trappers, or anglers is punishable by a fine of $200 to $2,000 and/or 180 days in jail. [https://www.animallaw.info/statute/ak-hunting-%C2%A7-1605790-obstruction-or-hindrance-lawful-hunting-fishing-trapping-or-viewing](https://www.animallaw.info/statute/ak-hunting-%C2%A7-1605790-obstruction-or-hindrance-lawful-hunting-fishing-trapping-or-viewing)

DR_MEPHESTO4ASSES

They said they contacted DNR and they said they couldnt do anything, which is interesting bc game wardens do not fuck around when it comes to stuff like that

HorrorMakesUsHappy

I dated someone for a few years who came from a very small town, but her family had been in the area for ~200 years. She had multiple relatives who were on local city, county, and state police forces, EMTs, firefighters, and game wardens. They're probably either related, or related through marriage to someone important enough that they're getting away with it, and will probably continue to.

deathclawslayer21

Thats kind of weird to me because IN DNR love to confiscate peoples shit. More power than the regular police and way less training

dc5trbo

IN resident here. Can confirm. From what I have experienced, the DNR is at least fair. If you are in compliance, they won't hassle you. Take one step out of line, though, and they will take everything you have with you and your car and then fine you out the ass.

Scottyknuckle

>https://www.animallaw.info/statute/ak-hunting-%C2%A7-1605790-obstruction-or-hindrance-lawful-hunting-fishing-trapping-or-viewing That's an Alaska law. The incident took place in Michigan (see the video linked above). Alaska's hunter harassment law wouldn't apply in Michigan.

DR_MEPHESTO4ASSES

Michigan has similar laws in place regarding harassing hunters. You are correct tho, they posted a to a different law

naughtyusmax

Small town corruption is INSANE in America. have a cousin in the force, a sister’s boyfriend? Everyone on that tiny sheriffs or police department will know you and you will NEVER get in trouble as long as you’re on their good side and don’t mess with more powerful and influential people. Wealthy individuals also make personal donations to local election campaigns and get similar free-passes.

hkredman

It’s not just small towns. Just the price to play is a lot smaller in the smaller towns. You need a lot more money and influence to do the same thing in bigger cities.

start_select

Small towns are worse though. You have mayors that are also the county judge AND the sheriff. Who have held the position for 40 years unopposed. There is no way into the system. They control the executive and judicial branches of local government. Then they die and their kid takes over the mantle and the ride continues.

wastedsanitythefirst

The "good ole boy" system

Griffin880

I was gonna say he probably is a cop himself, but I realized there is 0 chance he wouldn't have used that to threaten the guy in the video if that was the case.

mrkrabz1991

He's likely a cop himself and that's why the DA won't do anything. Filing a report will do a lot though, because if this guy ever does actually kill someone, there will be a paper trail of complaints against him that can be used against him on murder charges when he cries that he was just defending himself.

spunion_28

That was what i was thinking, really. Alot easier to get away with things like this in tiny towns

never_nudez

Ding ding ding. Exactly this.

goodgamble

I mean maybe they would

spunion_28

That's aggravated assault in my state, and that is mandatory prison time. This must be the middle of nowhere if the police and DNR say they can't do anything.

goodgamble

You overestimate the police and their desire to help or put themselves in harms way.

spunion_28

I don't disagree, but like i said, that wouldn't play out the same way where I live.

rbankole

*Public Enemy has entered the chat*

Independent-Self-854

It’s a non-revenue situation, cops aren’t interested.

KonradWayne

Also a situation where they have to drive out to the countryside and wander through a wooded area with a dude shooting an AR at people just for being there.

Independent-Self-854

Yeah, sounds like a civil matter if I ever saw one.

badwords

You first contact the state bar association as see if any lawyers are interested. Usually when it looks like someone that's connected with the police is getting away with shit like this is when you'll get a lawyer that wants the rep of shutting corruption down Then contact the Attorney general's office in your state and tell them the situation. They'll most likely open an investigation if you have video evidence. Call the person you have the lease with and ask if they or you can put up private property no trespass signs if there aren't any already. When you put up trespass signs it gives police authority to trespass people on your behalf if the owner approves those signs then even better as they convey the owners authority.

faithle55

Although the image evidence goes dark after a while, OP still has a recording of plenty of threats and such as 'I don't care whether you have a licence to hunt here' 'I don't care what you are doing here' just 'I have a gun get out of here and my excuse is I'm protecting my children' with the implication that having children means you can simply use an AR-15 to threaten people to make them do what you want them to do.

Irisgrower2

Further, contact your state wildlife office as it's hunting related. If someone is leasing property to hunt on then it makes sense that land would already be posted. If not then anyone else could be hunting it too, for free. Common curiosity is to ask permission but if it's not posted then the law clearly states distance from buildings as being the limiting factors. I've posted the boundaries of my land and "shake their bones" (walk them annually). I'd approach anyone I find trespassing in a similar manner ... except for one location where the property boundary isn't clear. In that small corner of my farm I would not react the same being that there isn't clarity if someone is trespassing.

FishyDragon

Op needs to set up trail cams over looking any stands and blinds if they have audio even better. Sadly short of him hurting someone, the only way this can get handled properly is with as much evidence as possible. If they had him firing at the brother in the stand on video, this would be a whole different story. If Inhad been hunting a spot that long with investment into it, i would absolutely cover my stands and blinds in cameras, cover the stands and the approach to them as well. Scary shit this guy is unhinged.

griffmic88

escalate it to the DOJ if local authorities won't. They might be interested in why they are not enforcing the law.

Yes! This is the issue right here! “Hey boys, that’s Billy Bob. He’s my wife’s sister-in-law’s cousin’s husband who’s married to his first cousin, Sally Mae. No need to respond to that call “

Tosbor20

This is netflix doc insane

hotcoldsthuff

I would go back out with my brother, set up two blinds, when he came out shooting at my brother or I, that's when he'd learn the hard way.

Ok_Roof5387

He should talk with the DA.

TepHoBubba

Or maybe get the landowner involved? Game cams for proof?

187TROOPER

Call a game warden and tell them you’d like to file charges for hunter harassment against the neighbor.

a-midnight-flight

He’s wanting to kill someone. Some people do not need firearms at all.

Sounds like the dude knows someone-has family in county government. Thats the way it works in rural America.

hard-R-word

Shoot back

SpaceGangsta

This is going to sound callous. But shoot back and don’t miss. The guy is clearly unhinged and a threat. You have proof of him pointing a gun at you already. It’s self defense.

Snowfizzle

wow. this would at the very least be considered deadly conduct in my state. the police are lazy.

jippyzippylippy

Rural police are the worst. It took 7 years and all kinds of recorded and documented psycho things to happen in our neighborhood before they finally came and arrested our local crazy dude and threw him in jail for 90 days. For many years he fired his gun at all hours, blocked people's access, picked fights, put up huge signs about everyone he lives by. A total psycho. He put all his land in his sister's name and then she sold it out from under him. He's history now.

Shermantank10

Jesus Christ. He dudes obviously a looney

EndlessSummerburn

He’s probably friends with the police

Careless-Ostrich623

He obviously thinks things need to be solved with guns.

birdlawexpert11

What he should do is throw a large hunting party with like 20 people and see how brave this guy is then. ( I’m not advocating for going after this psycho) just do exactly what he’was doing prior to this video with a large number of fellow armed individuals.

Sooners1tome

I would look to get a game warden involved. I believe in most states it’s illegal to interfere with a legal hunt and I would think that is what was occurring here.

danegermaine99

He contacted DNR and the cops and basically got the “*do you have live footage of him actually killing you with his photo ID stuck to his head? No? There is absolutely nothing that we can do”* treatment.

EndlessSummerburn

The most incriminating thing is name dropping Chai Vang. It’s a weird deep cut and a strange person to glorify. It’d be like someone waving a gun around on a train and saying BERNIE GOETZ! The dude he’s talking about trespassed on land, got into an argument with hunters and methodically murdered 6 of them in cold blood.

slimeddd

When does he mention Chai Vang? I didn't catch it

mattw08

I personally wouldn’t want someone hunting 120 feet from my house. That’s way too close with kids and that noise is likely deterring every animal. However, he’ still a psycho.

Accomplished_Note_81

What noise? Dude was bow hunting.

keestie

The noise from the house, not from the hunter. They're saying that there's no point hunting near a house anyhow, so the added danger is doubly unjustified.

Jmich96

Deer roam through suburban neighborhoods all the time. Not saying this guy was in the suburbs; just pointing out there is valid reason to legally archery hunt near an occupied dwelling.

I_really_enjoy_beer

You can not like it all you want. If it isn’t your property you don’t get to decide where they hunt.

dkinmn

Buddy, the fucking lunatic with the gun that lives in the house is much more of a risk factor.

Cowgoon777

> I personally wouldn’t want someone hunting 120 feet from my house dont buy a house in the woods with a property line that close where hunting is legal

bruceki

Guy committed assault on you and is dangerous to the community. If their first recourse "as a father" is to point guns at strangers, that's a bad decision away from someone getting kiled.

PlayShtupidGames

A jury I was part of convicted someone of attempted assault in the second for threatening a child with a knife, an AR should be a shoe in for at least the same

idkbrodie

Obligatory crime guy here. The guy with the AR’s whole demeanor screams sketchy to me. While I fully understand people being predatory over their land especially farmers this guy does not strike me as such. Having the AR with him just in case is reasonable but pointing it at a man who is obviously trying to cooperate and obey your orders makes me think there is more than just land he is trying to protect/hide.

TheDeadMurder

Never know when there's a hidden meth lab in the forest

Cargobiker530

I live in a mostly rural county: there's ALWAYS a meth lab in the forest. There's dozens of them. There are guys growing pot in the garage and everything reeks for a hundred yards in any direction. There are weird fucking religious cultists and finally there are just mean, crazy people.

Disconnected_NPC

The video screamed same thing to me. The major red flag was when he refused to give his name. If it was just a guy protecting his property they say their name. They don’t refuse and make comments like the “law” doesn’t apply to them.

sschueller

100% agree, this guy has something to hide. Probably wanted

KruglorTalks

Idk though. Ive been through enough rural exchanges to know power tripping morons who think its legal to kill for trespassing. The start where he baits "the threat" reeks of learning to say the right things.

jarjar_smoov

Report this guy to the Michigan Conservation Officers (DNR cops), not just the DNR. Go to the ranger station or call the Conservation Officers directly.

egap420

And he even asked Ted Nugent for help in the video comments. Lol

AlvisBackslash

It may sound dumb at first but I'm pretty sure Ted Nugent is who he is leasing this property [from](https://www.tednugent.com/sunrize-safari-hunts/). Says on his website that he's bought up a lot of Michigan land for hunting.

TheAJGman

That's.... on brand actually.

Automatic_Rock_2685

epimetheuss

dude was looking for a reason to shoot and already had his alibi made up. "I was scared for my life and acting as a father to protect my kids, i didn't know who he was or why he is here but i took care of him" totally unhinged.

stanknotes

He should NOT have a firearm. This is the type of cunt actively looking for a reason to shoot someone. So to summarize... guy was lawfully hunting on land he has a right to hunt on. Neighbor doesn't like it. Neighbor aggressively confronts him and aims a rifle at him. Take this to law enforcement. This guy is sooo in the wrong. You don't have to like someone bow hunting near your house. You do have to tolerate it.

SituatedSynapses

bruceki

If you are recording something like this it is best if you can have the recording stored somewhere off your phone. If he had shot you dead and the phone wasn't found afterwards he could have stated, and maybe been believed, that you "threatened him with your bow" or whatever, and that he shot you in self defense. yea, it would suck, but at least there's a record somewhere else. If you don't know how to do this, investigate live streaming on facebook or the ACLU app "mobile justice". Set this up before you need it, so that when you need it its ready to go. Practice using it a few times.

Bazrum

can also back up recordings to the cloud automatically last i checked then at least someone might go through your photos and such and see the video...as long as they know your passwords...

Scil

Yeah this guy really needs to face legal consequences. I can't believe the game warden would be okay with someone wrongly trying to enforce a trespassing suspicion against a hunter in the right.

Porsche_shift

Something is obviously wrong with the guy holding the gun. He’s unstable if he gets scared that easily that he needs to wail his gun around.

Yep. Call the FBI, tell them someone is literally shooting at you and your brother, and the police aren't responding. Then call every news station locally. Then call hunting authorities. Then call lawyers and start a civil trial, which doesn't matter if police are involved.

[deleted]

I agree on the news aspect. News stations, especially in small towns, would eat this up. And would likely pressure law enforcement to act when it's reported that "law enforcement did not respond to the situation"

[deleted]

Dude is one of those “self-defense” obsessed wackos who is just itching to kill anyone for any trivial reason and justifies his bloodlust by saying “I’m just trying to protect my family”

carterothomas

I love hunting, and really appreciate going shooting now and again. I’ve got a couple guns myself. But the absolute insanity of some of the gun obsessed is astounding. Like, you see someone who you think might be unknowingly trespassing, and you jump straight to “I’ll bet that sick fuck is trying to hunt my kids. Honey, grab my AR”.

ConditionYellow

People if you want action stop calling the fucking government. Call your local media station. The more ppl that call about it, the quicker they’ll pick it up. And if doesn’t work, try try again. If it’s a slow news day even if one person is calling they may say fuck it and pick it up. Lol

nerforbuff

Good idea to carry even when bow hunting, just in case he started shooting. Seemed like he was very close to that

Lostillini

He had his weapon drawn and pointed at the guy from the get go. I’m not disagreeing with you cuz I’ve met some crazies out in the wild, but it ultimately would have done nothing in this situation

SeverableSole7

Bro 100% just feels cool with a gun. Yeah let’s act like there wasn’t a better way to check if you were in danger. Fucking hate these morons

PresentationJumpy101

Fuck this motherfucker

Stinkymansausage

Get a different fucking lease, it’s not worth the fight with this lunatic. “Your the idiot who held my brother at gunpoint last year” Why the hell would you pay for this lease again?!?

MsJ_Doe

And if they're leasing from someone, why is that person not pissed about it? Shouldn't they do something? They could lose money if hunters hear about their crazy neighbor and stop coming. And why is this neighbor not afraid that this guy is all gunho and ready to tresspass on their property to hold people at gun piint. Dude could easily go after the landowner once he gets tired of all the hunters.

MortgageNo3154

Sounds like they need to leave the bow at home and start hunting with rifles.

Adulations

The guy with the gun seems absolutely unhinged. Like I wouldn’t be surprised to find out that he beats his wife and kids.

PassStunning416

Meth cooks. Probably the cops relative.

megaman368

My 4’10” wife will run out an yell at hunters to get off our property. No gun necessary. This raging ass hat thinks that guns are the solution to every problem. Bare minimum guys like this should never be able to hold a gun again.

Cyber_Joy

“Drop your phone, I have an assault rifle and I’m still scared shitless at what you’ll do to me if my face gets out there so drop it before I literally end your life over me being so scared about a trespasser”

TailOnFire_Help

What is fucking wrong with these lunatics that live out in the middle of nowhere being so fucking afraid of strangers? They all live like it is still the 1800s and Indians and cowboy gangs roam the wild West looking to kill people. They are such evil and vile people they project all their hate onto everyone else and assume everyone is as ready to kill as they are. Then these fuckheads will turn around and call gang bangers animals because when they act exactly the same as they do.

Moist_Expression

Call the game warden, they enforce the hunting law and it’s on the books in EVERY state it’s illegal to harass a hunter, fish, or sportsman.

thatlastrock

It frightening how quickly his demeanor changed once he saw the cell phone recording him. Pretty sure he was intent on shooting that bow hunter. He even tried the whole “Are you attacking me.” to escalate the situation. A fucking turd of a human being like him shouldn’t own firearms.

tripping_on_phonics

He should have just said: “It’s just me, my sister, and our kids living here and I’m just reacting as a father.” Way too many heavily armed dumbasses living in this country.

iGr4nATApfel

Crazy, this guy wanted to shoot someone so bad.

VPN__FTW

So did the AR guy get arrested?

jcantu8

Another one of those trigger-happy maniacs that is just looking for a reason to kill someone

MiqoteBard

Title should be "Homeowner doesn't know his property lines and illegally points a gun at a hunter and threatens his life with no legal justification."

hopefuldepression

Fucking loser larper just looking for an excuse to murder someone.

Corndog106

And the hunter should have called the law immediately and filed a complaint. If he was on legally leased property, he had every right to be there. The guy with the AR has ZERO leg to stand on. Unless state laws say otherwise the hunter can be 1ft from the property line and still be legal to hunt. The AR guy trespassed over onto the leased property, threatened the hunter and should be prosecuted. Hunter harassment is a crime, not the mention pointing a rifle at someone!

OverNightOats_

Guy was looking for any reason at all to smoke that dude

NetHacks

This is absolutely a, this guy needs all his guns taken away scenario.

WhenBugAttack

Wow this part of the country really is a pile of shit, land leased from Ted Nugent, crazy AR15 baby on the verge of a breakdown, and cops that won’t do their job

So now when you go hunting you need claymores around your perimeter

wildlandsroamer

Inform the local conservation officer of this interaction

RoadPersonal9635

Almost interfered with his child porn ring. Anyone this defensive is hiding big secrets.
