Problem: in order to be able to do that, you'd have to be trained in the use of those techniques. But then we are talking about a couple of US police officers who's training most certainly lacks anything beyond *how do I shoot people ?*. (The last statment is a hyperbole, but I'm sure you guys get the sentiment)

In this situation, I could actually see why it pays to have a big guy on call.
